Way Better than expected. The included breakfast was great. Chris and Vicky were great hosts and the location was perfect. Will stay again.

First off, Great location… and at semi-decent price. Small little issues that just add up to where you get annoyed. Fridge was not very cold, and no way to adjust… our milk went bad in 2 days. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Shower leaked all over the floor. Had to keep requesting extra towels just to keep it from going all over the place. Bedroom very small… hard to put luggage for 4 anywhere. Room for 4+ but only 2 balcony chairs? Stuff like that. However… very convenient parking… nice beach access with shower to rinse off. Would consider staying again… if some of those bothersome issues would be taken care of.

Room was clean and fairly well maintained but needs a bit of updating. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony with comfortable chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast crew. It's a fun way to start your day! If both elevators had been working the entire week, I would give a better rating. However, I rented a scooter due to my lack of mobility and had to cancel my plans a couple times because it was not worth waiting more than 30 minutes to get back to the lobby. Also, the room is definitely not for handicapped. I use a walker and it does not fit through the bathroom door. I had to turn it sideways to enter. But.... We had a good time nonetheless and I would definitely stay here again. So thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

Our check in process was horrible. We were told our 2 rooms were not ready which was fine because we were early but I was asked did it matter what floor we were on - I said no. Then I was asked if we wanted an adjacent room and said yes. They told me they'd text when the room was ready. Well 3 hours later we still didn't receive a call so we returned to the hotel because we were hot and tired. One of our rooms was ready the other still wasn't.

Outdated and poorly maintained and overpriced

Location- great;
Breakfast was amazing and prepared by a talented chef and his daughter. Beyond the typical bagels, yogurt and cereal - made from scratch from Brooklyn potatoes (his mother's recipe)to scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc, etc.
Room - had a comfortable bed- but the carpet had stains, ceilings had evidence of past water damage with stains, shower built up water, on check in they hadn't restocked the towels
Elevator - was extremely slow and one often didn't work so it was faster to take the stairs- luckily we were only one floor up. The stairwell was dimly lit and needed a paint job probably 10-15 years ago.
Lobby was clean and comfortable
Hallways were m
poorly maintained; we saw trash; huge puddle - 2-4 foot in diameter in some areas; just grossly kept

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance, elevator, and room cleanliness issues you experienced. We hear you loud and clear on the condition of the property, and we are scheduled to begin our full property renovations at the end of the year to address these aging areas.
