I enjoyed my stay. The check in process was seamless. The room, the linen, and the bathroom were all very clean.
The breakfast was good as well. There were a variety of things to choose from.
The location of the hotel was also great. Everything was within a 10-15 min drive.
Overall, my weekend stay was good.

Highly Recommend.
The staff and outdoor spaces took the spotlight for this location.
The staff were amazing and welcoming catering to our group, while balancing other guests needs.
We really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas to relax before and after our busy day.

Room was clean and spacious. Could hear footsteps from room above. Breakfast was okay, surprised there was no fruit and we went at 8:30 and there was no forks, 1 slice of ham, 1 hard boiled egg and a couple omelets left. There were 3 of us so we didn’t eat much and went to restaurant instead. But would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience! Staff was great, the hotel was fabulous and in a perfect location for attending different events all across Grand Rapids. We'll stay here again!

Safe area. Shopping close by. Easy access to expressway. Breakfast was great (but I was there right when it opened, so who knows about later). NOT quiet. There was a running water sound most of the night and I couldn’t even drown it out with a noise machine. I complained and the response was “we don’t have anything that would make that sound and we will look into it tomorrow” (my stay was only one night). The internet connection was awful. They also said they would look at it later. Water pressure was nice. Facet kept dripping. Appeared clean. Bed was comfortable.
