Embarrassed for Management - Lovely Hotel not upkept well.

Home2 Suites Warminster-Horsham is a beautiful, very new hotel with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by several housekeeping and maintenance issues that should have been addressed. There was bag of garbage left on the floor by the elevator bank from check-in through the next day (photo), image missing from elevator wall, the elevator floor was sticky, and even after reporting it, no action was taken. My room also showed signs of damage, including a dent on the back of the door (photo) and scratches on the sofa (photo), willy-nilly wires that should be neatly stored away (photo). The lobby windows were dirty (photo), and the elevators shook and made strange vibrations during use (an issue that will eventually lead to needing a new motor). And what's up with using heavy tinfoil to line a lovely serving plate? While the property itself is attractive and modern, it currently lacks the level of care and attention I would expect. Kind of embarrassed for the hotel staff.

I always choose Hilton for my stays. This one did not offer free water at breakfast, which was disappointing, but overall a great day.

The room, as with ALL Home2s that I’ve stayed with, was perfect! Great accommodations for the $. Kitchenette and bathroom were wonderful.
The staff were pretty helpful
Didn’t stay for breakfast.
Parking is atrocious!
They need more parking!
And get those elevators fixed! They sound like they’re on their last legs. I’m not easily scared but I took the stairs when possible.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was polite and welcoming. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and beds were comfy. I highly recommend!

This is the place to stay rooms are beautiful and clean staff is fantastic morning breakfast was delicious beautiful hotel
