The room had two air conditioning units. The one in bedroom we could not control, It remained on all night along with the noise,I couldn’t sleep until I went in front room. Other than that our stay was okay.

The staff was especially helpful, polite and accommodating. The only thing I would say is the ice machine on the floors eere not working,forcing me to have to go to the lobby to get ice, but even then the front desk staff was very polite. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great stay. Staff was wonderful and the room was great. The only thing is that I had to move my overnight stay by one night and was forced to pay for a whole other night. And the Wi-Fi that I paid extra for was terrible and unusable.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to multiple issues, primarily poor customer service and lack of basic amenities. Throughout most of the night, the electricity went out, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so even basic things like showering were not possible.

Rude unprofessional

Booked a room because I’m a truck driver and my next load is tomorrow … I went outside to the sitting area where there are ashtrays and the lady at the front desk told me I could not smoke my tobacco there I asked why If there are ashtrays out here next to the seating area she still continued to say I could not smoke because the people who have balcony rooms might not like to smell smoke if they are out there … which none of it makes sense because it’s outside and the hotel had the ashtrays out here .. once again I’m a member of the Marriott because I’m a trucker and I stay at hotels 5 days a week… I never heard of this ever I just want some understanding she was so rude

I understand how confusing it must have been to see ashtrays in an outdoor seating area and then be told smoking was not permitted there. Your concerns are valid, and we recognize that this inconsistency can create a poor guest experience.
Please allow me to clarify that while certain outdoor areas may have ashtrays, our property does enforce designated smoking areas in consideration of all guests, including those staying in nearby balcony rooms. That said, this expectation should have been communicated clearly, respectfully, and with a focus on helping you find an appropriate alternative.
I’m especially concerned to hear that the interaction felt rude. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and your feedback will be shared with our team so we can reinforce the importance of courteous, solution‑focused communication.
