Room was very comfortable. A/C worked too well! Easy check in. Would stay here again definitely. Worth the extra cost for balcony room.

•There needs to be an elevator!! Outside stairs to our room was scary enough…imagine carrying a heavy suitcase!
•Hot tub?
•Allowed children to run around in the lobby at 9:45pm.
•Noisy room (it was located below the lobby). Sounded like a renovation was underway.
•Toilet moved every time someone got off of it.
A few nice touches: staff were friendly and helpful. View was great! Robes were in our room. Complimentary breakfast was okay…needed gluten free bread options. Balcony was nice to just sit and have a drink.

The rooms were spotless, the grounds looked great, everything was wonderful.
I was a BIT disappointed in the breakfast though - they tell you breakfast is included in your stay but breakfast was bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt and muffins. Not my idea of breakfast. I was told because it wasn't peak season that's all wet get. I have stayed here in past years and had eggs, waffles, bacon, OJ, etc so that's what I was expecting.
Besides this small hiccup, everything was great and I'd certainly stay there again.

The room was clean and in an excellent location! The staff were very friendly; my only note is the breakfast is pretty lackluster compared to a few other places we stayed at for our trip. But everything else is great, here!
