Very nice motel on Cape Cod, lots of amenities and close to everything. It was clean and reasonable price.

It seems to be recently "flipped" rooms are ok looking but lacking much character. There were a lot of ants. Staff were all friendly and pleasant, nice pool and near beachy attractions

Checked in to early so we were told to come back for the key. Totally understandable however when we went back the man behind the counter got a call on his cell. He went behind the door to take the call leaving us waiting. We were tired all we needed was the key, he kept us waiting. When in the room the handle on the shower was broken had to fidget with it to get it to work. It literally come off in your hand. Then the hair dryer did not work at all. Very displeased with this motel, will not stay there again

I like the property okay enough said because I can't blame the people who stayed at the property for the noise they created drama and drama that they created

I would’ve given this more stars overall, except for the three bugs we found in our room! I stepped on something under the bed and it crunched under my foot, and I saw that it was food, which I had not put there! Then I saw the roach next to the food and it was alive and then we found a little baby roach on the floor next to that. Then we found a another insect in the bathroom that looked like a pincher bug! My husband brought the insects to the front desk and they said yes, we spray for bugs, but they must’ve gotten in the room. Other than that, the pool and the property was beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious and offers much variety, including my favorite- egg and cheese mini-omelettes and delicious, thin and fluffy pancakes!
