We stayed in the two bedroom apartment at Passpartu. It was a nice place with a wrap around balcony and full kitchen. The property is in a great location. It’s close to landmarks and multiple restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. We were able to order our dishes the night before. The dishes came in big portions and were delicious. The menu had many choices. We stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

A terrible experience. We were booked for two nights but left after one.

We were booked into the hotel for two nights, our room was so terrible we left after the first night.
It was a last minute booking because of an issue with another booking, so I took the only room they had available for three people
The room, was tucked beside reception and I suspect it was a converted store cupboard. It was hot, noisy, uncomfortable, smelt of sewage and felt unsafe.
The room was directly next to an outside seating area for a cafe and the only windows opened directly on to the area. The cafe closed at midnight but noise continued throughout the night.
No staff are on duty at night, so guests were given a key to get into the building. So security relied on guests being responsible. We were so close to the front door, with a flimsy inner door separating us from the lobby, it felt unsafe.
The shower was in poor repair and dirty, with broken sealant , and with water pouring from beneath the shower door. There was a dangerous arrangement with an extension lead sitting on a table with a curtain hanging over it - a fire hazard. The room had a really storing smell of sewage.
I was travelling with two older kids and would have walked out as soon as we arrived but it was late in the evening.
It may be an isolated issue with this room, and others may be better, but it was a terrible experience. I raised it with the staff who couldn’t be less interested and just said they were fully booked.
The only good thing was the breakfast.

Overall a 3 is right but could easily be higher

Ok so negatives first….
We stayed in A1 , group of friends stag do…my brother was adamant we had something crawling in the beds potentially beg bugs but I never saw out however the day I travelled home I did have several bites but again this could have been from anywhere.
The shower badly over flowed and I’m
Talking inches of water was like a wet and wild this even spilled out from the bathroom onto the main floor of apartment ( not ideal )
I also asked about the pool and sauna to be told 1st day I had to book it which fine , then when I went to book it I was told there’s a charge , however this was meant to be included in price.
Anyways apart from that it’s a really nice place , the shower is great ( minus the flooding ) apartment nice and clean with a lot of amenities.
Great location , bar next down is cool and unique.
Breakfast is ok, it’s included in the price so can’t complain, there’s a lovely bakery round the corner though I went here on 3rd day.
Key tip - it says water is safe to drink out the tap bur mine was very cloudy so best to buy big bottles from the shop.
But yeah good accommodation overall , really nice friendly staff i think 3/5 is fair as room for improvement for sure.
Would I come again - yes I would

Best choice

Wonderful place to be. Very nice hotel at a hot spot of Belgrade. Really close to the center, in a very nice and cozy area with restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, clean and recently renovated. The decor is quite ok, the rooms were clean and the staff super friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely tasty - you can choose what you want to have from a nice menu. Parking is difficult in the area but they also offer parking very close with extra charge. We had a very nice experience of the hotel. And it is quite economic.

Best service in a hotel I’ve ever had!

By far the best service in a hotel I’ve ever received. The girl at front desk welcomed us with a smile and was so kind and friendly. The daily cleaning was way beyond our expectations, they even washed our dishes. The breakfast is atypical and delicious. Rooms were well equipped and nice and cozy, exactly as the photos. Each apartment is on its own floor so there were no noise issues and the location could not be better.
