Nice hotel in a good location

Nice, nice hotel in a prime location near the pedestrian zone. The room is large enough, as is the bathroom. Good bed. The equipment of the bathroom is fine, partly even as new. All clear.
Breakfast is good. Nice breakfast room inside and especially outside - very pleasant.

Much to improve

First the positive
The room was clean and for any overnight stay it is ok
The guy at the front desk was service oriented and good, think his name is Marko. Now for the bad, the morning meal was terrible, 0730 it would be ready, nothing ready, there it was we with some Germans and stomping, we had some cold eggs, which turns out to be bad,
smoked like everywhere, it would come crushing, they came burned, black, then we and the Germans have gone. The good thing is that the people who run the hotel have restaurants in place, that was the rescue, because the food there was great
Would not book there again

Great restaurant but bad entrance

It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Novi Sad. This year we came with group of friends & family from London & Australia. We’ve been coming here every time we are on vacation from Sweden. Great food choices & yummy too. However, the entrance is not disabled friendly. The steps are just difficult to climb for elderly & not accessible by customer on wheelchair. Although they two entrances to the restaurant, not one is fitted for disabled people. No where to hold on to & no ramp either.

Excellent place

The hotel service is excellent, room was very comfortable and clean with the great view. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Location is great, it is next to the pedestrian zone. Staff is very professional and kind. Highly recommended. :)

Great place

The hotel service is excelent, the rooms are a little small but very clean and you have everything you want.
The restaurant is brilliant, very good food for a small price.
They have a very nice terrace where you can eat the breakfast.
All things considered, fontana hotel and restaurant is a great place to visit. If you want to eat, It is best to make a rezervation for the restaurant.
