Beautiful location, peaceful stay!

We had wonderful stay at Misty Elegance, which is ideally located a gory walk from Ella Main Street. Despite this, it’s in credibility peaceful, with beautiful views and lovely rooms. Nothing Bh was too much trouble, and we slept like babies, drifting off to the sounds of the rain forest outside. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ella for a couple of days

Calm and nice stay in Ella

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with our 2 young kids.
Room was clean, bedding comfortable and area really calm (6-8 minutes walking from city center).
Staff were nice and accommodating.
I have 2 major remarks:
- hotel is noisy: you can hear everything (and everyone!) in the other rooms/terrace so if you have a light sleep, bring ear buds or don’t stay here
- rooms are missing some shelves, especially in the bathroom were you have no place to put your stuff.
Apart for this, this was an enjoyable stay and we recommend this place for your stay in Ella.

Rude treatment

Wanted 4 doubles for a family visiting from OZ. The owner/keeper was very rude and told me a search for rooms elsewhere. The booking.com reviews could be misleading.

You get what you pay for. It’s super central and the staff is so sweet and kind but the rooms are just a bed, don’t expect much. The breakfast was great and they were so service minded. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely stay

Such a lovely stay at the Misty Elegance. The staff were really helpful and they provided an efficient laundry service. Our room was clean, it is on the more basic side however was lovely and peaceful. The bathroom was clean with modern fittings, which is not always the case in our experience! The setting of the hotel is fantastic, as you are a 5 min walk from the station or 10/15 mins to town so everything is accessible. However, it is up in the forest so much more peaceful that the centre of Ella which is quite busy and noisy. Would definitely recommend staying here!
