Recommended hotel for those who want to heal and travel in Ayurveda
We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for Ayurvedic purpose. In a nutshell, I'm really glad I got to experience it! I'm glad I stayed at this hotel! This is my impression.
Hotel facilities, etc.
The latest luxury hotel. Not exactly, but all the places were very clean and well cleaned. He cleaned the garden early every morning, and I've never seen any rubbish in the pool. The room was very spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast and I was able to watch YouTube and upload without stress.
Ayurveda
It was absolutely amazing! On the first day, the doctor had a thorough consultation for about an hour, and he prepared a different menu every day. From about the second day, I felt refreshed and improved enough to feel communication and lightness of body. Mr. sandya, the therapist who was in charge, had me massage it very gently and carefully every time. I was grateful that my doctor, prashanth and palitha, always cared.
Meals
It was a three-meal plan, but I never got tired of being able to enjoy all kinds of delicious Sri Lankan food every time. I was not good at spicy food, but the staff also cared about it and kept it low-key, making everything delicious. It was nice to see fruit and other desserts coming out of every meal, and the amount was just right. He served me tea for every meal that suited my constitution, but it was delicious, so if it had been sold I would have bought it and taken it home.
Staff
It was really comfortable with the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel staff! Everyone was so friendly and warm as if they had been welcomed as a family. It was also my birthday during my stay, but the staff gave me a lot of surprises to celebrate. It was an impressive trip and I could feel their care and desire to make it a good memory. The restaurant staff, nabodya, said she had studied in Japan before, and she was happy to hear that they made Japanese messages in hiragana.

It was a really relaxing space with a large garden and pool. It was really soothing to see squirrels and other small animals on the grounds every day and to wake up naturally to the sound of birds. It's recommended because it's less crowded and less expensive in the off-season, and you can relax in your Ayurveda or room even if it rains. The city of Galle, about an hour's drive away, is also cute and I thought it was especially recommended for girls' travel.

Super hotel!
Super quiet, otherwise it is always loud everywhere else. It is perfect here to wind down and relax. Everything is clean and the pool is awesome! The beach is only 5 min away, very nice! The food there is extremely good! We will be back!

Friendly Staff & Comfortable Stay
Great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

You Will Come Back For More
I had an amazing experience. Lovely place, greenery all around and a big enough pool. Had an experience of Ayurveda massage as well by the recommendation of the in-house doctors. Great rooms, spacious and roomy, sumptuous meals round the clock. Special thanks to Ms.Navodya, Ms.Veronica, Mr.Rishan Fernando, Chef Shiran and Mr.Kasun for giving a top notch service. The resort is located very close to the Kasgoda turtle beach and considering the luxury they were offering, it was worth a penny as it was a total value for money. A neat and clean property. A must visit I’d say for whoever stays here. For sure he/she is set to come back for more as you just can’t get enough in a single time stay.
