A tranquil, relaxing guest house staffed by a helpful, friendly team

Thalani and his friendly, hard working team made our stay very special. We stayed here for 3 nights and ate all our breakfasts and evening meals here. They were delicious. A quiet location. The clean, smart rooms open out on to a tranquil garden by the river. It was an easy walk along a quiet lane into the small town of Deberawewa. Thalani sorted out all our travel needs…a safari, onward travel to Ella and a trip to Kataragama.

Above and Beyond!!!’

Wow. There was a small mix up with our room as it had no AC. It was their only room now without AC and the mistake was the IT group advertised it with such. The owner was stunned and apologetic but we made no fuss. Now follow this others for service!!! He offered us his air conditioned house and he would take the room. That was too much and above and beyond. Within an hour there was a team of installation specialists and within a few hours they had installed AC in the room. It is not a mistake it is how it is put right and this place excelled. So friendly. Great pool and clean and tidy rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mr Owner we have never see service like this before.

Exceptional accommodation

We stayed 2 nights in this very nice hotel.
The room was very clean with a large bathroom
Breakfast and dinner are excellent
Quiet location right in front of a river with a beautiful pool
The hotel owner picked us up from Ella and organized an incredible safari
What kindness and availability of all his staff
The last day he took us to Unawatuna by the sea
We had a great stay
Thanks to him and the whole organization
We recommend this property with your eyes closed
Very good value for money

A wonderful place to spend a holiday

A wonderful place to spend a holiday, offering a calm and relaxing environment with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I visited with my friends for a team member’s farewell, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Thilina, the owner, for his warm hospitality.

Lovely place

Very nice place to stay in. The environment was lovely - so much green! We have stayed for two nights. The owner organised a safari trip for us, it was awesome, we even managed to see a leopard Staff is very helpuful and friendly. They also prepared dinner and breakfast and arranged tuk tuk to the bus station. Thank you ❤️ We recommend a lot.
