Peaceful Paradise with Pool!

This Hotel has a great swimming pool with great views including Little Adam’s Peak. The staff were amazing dropping us into Ella village and collecting us in the evening quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and tidy with your own private deck area. It is approx 15 minutes to walk into Ella using the Train track path located above the Hotel. Trains only run during the day so no noise pollution at night. I wouldn’t advise using the road as it’s busy with traffic and undulating. There is a benefit here being no road noise so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Just the odd Peacock call. We loved our stay here and would go back in a heart beat. The staff also organised a driver Danesh for our onward journey to Tangalle at a very competitive rate and Danesh was amazing stopping off at points of interest. He even turned on a couple of wild elephants on the road south, Wow. Thank you the 100 View staff you were awesome and thank you Danesh

Amazing views

Spectacular views, lovely balcony was able to see sunrise from room too. Breakfast splendid. Friendly staff. Nice pool however only 2 beds The negatives for us, shower not powerful and cool water struggled to rinse my hair due to pressure and cold water. No room clean whilst there. We forgot to get water on our way home no shop nearby and only provided with one bottle on first day.
Walk to town not to bad climb some stairs at back on to train track and walk down took 20mins nice walk. Seen some reviews that say free tuk tuk down however we wernt aware of this. Would benefit in description of hotel that taxi unable to get to hotel and you can ring for them to collect you on tuk tuk (we didn’t know this so struggled). Also better communication re tuk tuk collection it finishes at 11pm 800 ruppees we text to ask to be collected at 1030pm and was told unable to as fully booked we didn’t know you had to book. Could do with a hand towel too in the bathroom
We did have an amazing time in Ella the views and friendly staff were great.

Very nice accommodation with views but far away

Gentle and very available staff, with a simple bangalow and a good view of the rooms and the pool over the waterfall
Great contact for small tours in tuk tuk at reasonable price
With payment by card!
Tuk tuk offered on the exit to the center, far away, with a long and boring journey

Such a charming place! What a scenery!

Such a beautiful place to stay, the scenery is gorgeous and so peaceful when waking up in the morning (not to mention the delicious breakfast). The owners are so kind, and gave me plenty of nice tips to visit the area by foot (you'll learn to make good usage of the railway path ;)
Can only but recommand this lovely place when stopping in Ella!

Bad experience

The bathroom is in complete need of renovation The balcony is unsecured The towels smelled modrig The path from the village to the hotel is a disaster, not all taxi drivers go there The whole area is a large construction site with danger points, noise and dust. The noise and dust started with flexen as early as 7:30 a.m. There is a free Tuktuk service in the city, but the way back costs 800 rupees. All in all, very disappointing,
