The Coconut Villa is one of those rare places that you do not just visit, but that you experience. From the very first moment, one feels the warmth and friendliness of the hosts. Here, hospitality is not just acted out – it is truly lived.
The food is exceptional: fresh, creative, lovingly prepared, and full of flavor. Each meal appears like a small work of art, combining local ingredients with much imagination and passion.
The ambiance is simply breathtaking. The beautiful garden is a green oasis full of loving details, exotic plants, and quiet places to relax. Everywhere, one discovers creative and artistic elements that give the villa its unique character.
Particularly impressive is the combination of high quality and a personal atmosphere. Everything is designed with great style, without ever feeling impersonal. One does not feel like a guest in a hotel, but rather like a friend who is being welcomed.

Insider tip with outstanding cuisine

A very nice restaurant. The chef speaks a little German. For the arrival it is best to take a Tuc Tuc, the restaurant is somewhat hidden. Good advice, excellent cuisine. A real insider tip. With Kathrin you can write in German via WhatsApp.

Wonderful time out at Villa Kunterbunt

After our round trip we landed in paradise for a few relaxing days and literally moved into the beautiful "Villa Kunterbunt". This is how we had imagined & wished for and actually got it! Here Pippi Lotta (Kathrin) and Daniel Düsentrieb (Aruna) realized themselves! In addition to a magical ambience with a lot of attention to detail and even more creativity, we were excellently cooked every day! Instead of superimposed and always the same buffets, we were allowed to enjoy new food creations every day. And after eating our way through the whole menu, we were surprised by Aruna and were able to taste very individual delicacies! Everything just fit here for us! Small (only 3 rooms - but each generous and comfortable) and personal, easygoing and delicious, colorful and vibrant and very far away from everyday life! Not to forget the really super friendly staff and the love for the animals. Stricken dogs & cats got a second chance here and have been filling the villa with life ever since. Finally, you can only say - Kathrin & Aruna make the world as WE like it!;-) We say THANK YOU and recommend - absolutely test it for yourself!

At the end of our trip through Sri Lanka we arrived in paradise.
I have never seen a resort endowed with so much love!
Everything really fit here!
We were pampered by Aruna after line and thread of Aruna. Would love to come back!!
