The paradise of Marie-Louise and Bart is located in the middle of a beautiful green oasis, in Katana.
Really a wonderful stay surrounded by nature.
The tranquility, a formidable cabana, the pool, the two dogs Juul and Pip, the exquisite breakfasts, dinners and the 'fresh fruit juices'.
But above all the great hospitality, the thinking and the commitment!
HOSPITALITY understand Marie-Louise and Bart like no other.
Capital letters are therefore entirely appropriate here. Chapeau!
A perfect choice to start our tour of Sri Lanka here so we could acclimatize after our long flight.
But definitely also a perfect end to our 16 day tour.
Just relax, in peace of the beautiful estate, and let all the experiences of the past few days sink in undisturbed.
We enjoyed ourselves extremely on 'Jackland'.

Super resort
A wonderful relaxing start to our holiday. A beautiful cottage and a very good pool where we could cool off.
We enjoyed the shared dinners.
Definitely recommended.

Beautiful well-kept complex near Negombo
The complex is beautifully designed and maintained, the cabanas have everything you need and the very clean pool allowed us to relax and get used to the climate change. We really enjoyed our stay there and would 100% recommend the facility.

After 16 days of traveling through beautiful Sri Lanka we ended up with Marie-Louise and Bart.
What a warm friendly people with the heart in the right place!
We lacked nothing and we could do nothing for two days before we started the return journey
Nice garden , Nice pool , great rooms with air conditioning and hot rain shower , nice lunch menu from Bart and every evening the possibility to eat fine made by local cooks
We also used the local massage salon , and made a city tour
It is 20 minutes from the airport which makes this an ideal start or departure point for the holidays!
