Happy place
Excellent location! Rooms ok but the kitchen staff amazing!! Food is so good but if you’re not happy chef will cook for you! Me and my fiancé had cooking experience so I can say kitchen is very clean and looked after!

Best guest service I have experienced
The staff at Dickwella Resort and Spa are exceptional in their service and friendliness. They are genuinely friendly, making guests feel at home.
Chefs Daddison and Jagath are the most engaging chefs I have come across, regularly making rounds during mealtimes to ensure guests are happy with their food. They were also accommodating of specific guest requests, including requests outside the menu.
Even the trainees and new staff here share the same culture, including Heshan the bartender, who mixed delicious cocktails. A shout-out to Ajantha the animator, who has so much energy and spreads fun and positivity among the guests. Thanks also to Shashi at reception for her friendliness and excellent service.
The entire hotel gives off a rustic and homely vibe, beautifully blending in with the surrounding village in a way that large hotels do not. The rooms are quaint and homely, with lovely four-poster beds.

Best hotel in Dickwella
Had a lovely time at Dickwella Resort and Spa. Right near the beach with an awesome pool. The staff and the service was top notch. The food was to die for! Would definitely stay here again.
