Lovely guest house for couple holiday

We can highly recommend this beautiful guest house to anyone staying in Weligama. The rooms have an en suite bathroom and a balcony. The entire property and rooms are very clean and well maintained. It‘s like a home away from home. The owners Shanika and Nilanthe are wonderful hosts, providing the best service one could ask for. They are so dedicated in all that they do. So friendly and helpful at all times. We really liked the Sri Lankan breakfast. Within few minutes you can get to Weligama town by Tuk Tuk, which the hosts can also arrange for you. There‘s a lovely beach and surf point nearby.
We will always come again, when in Weligama.

Sweetest hosts

Great hospitality, nicest and most smiling (small) hotel owners you will meet. Service and their customers well-being is a very high priority at Moonlit. Good, simple and cheap breakfest, and they offer laundry service as wll. Perfect if you're considering taking the dive course at Weligama Bay Dive Center. Can either way highly recommend!

Lovely family guest house!

We initially came for one week and we finally stayed three weeks!! This guest house is located 2 minutes drive tuk-tuk from the Weligama main street with all the restaurants. It's in a fisherman area with beautiful beach, pristine crystal water at 50 meters!
The rooms are very spacious and very very clean with good price! You can also have breakfast.
The family is so welcoming, friendly, kind... Shanika and Nilantha are the best host we met during our 6 weeks trip in Sri Lanka !!
Thanks for everything! We came as guests and we left as friends! See you soon the best family! Take care of you ! Max and Audrey

Conveniently Located Close to the Dive Centre

Probably one of the most hospitable bookings ever made in Weligama. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place and its not too far away from the beach either.

Really nice place to stay

This is a lovely little place with three comfortable, clean, modern double rooms with balcony and bathroom. You can walk down the road to a small beach which is really good for snorkelling and if you like surfing you can paddle out to fisherman's reef from here.
It is right near the Weligama Dive Centre and a short tuk tuk ride into Weligama for the town, restaurants and the main beach where all the surf schools and surf rental places are located.
The owners Nilantha and Shani always greet you with a smile and are excellent, helpful hosts that know the area very well. They make a nice breakfast that includes local fresh fruit, eggs, toast and jam with a big pot of tea. They also make a great Sri Lankan breakfast.
