Absolutely Eye Catching, Beautifully crafted place
Amaluna Reaorts is truly one of the most eye-catching hidden places to visit. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful surroundings, warm welcome, and exceptional hospitality. Mr. Zam & Mrs. Fareena and the staff are an incredible team who make the whole experience feel special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable place with great atmosphere and genuine hospitality.
Specifically must try the Amazing Zamp’s Pizza ❤️

Beautiful Location, Needs Better Maintenance and Professionalism
I have visited Amaluna twice and even recommended it to my friends. Recently, we went as a group with our families. The location is truly beautiful and relaxing, which is one of the main reasons we chose to return.
However, compared to our previous visit, this experience was disappointing. The towels provided looked quite old and did not appear properly washed. The pool water was unusually warm, and it seemed like the chlorine level might have been too high.
More concerning was the condition of the pool itself. The tiles separating the children’s and adult pools were damaged and had sharp edges. Unfortunately, this caused small cuts to my son, which is a serious safety concern.
When I went to raise this issue, another customer was already raising a concern, and I felt the situation was being handled unprofessionally. This made me hesitant, and overall I was disappointed with how the matter was managed. I later learned that the owner responded to my friends in a rude and unprofessional manner, stating that if we were not satisfied, we could go elsewhere.
While the location remains a strong point, the maintenance, safety standards, and customer service need significant improvement.

During our visit on April 14, 2026, my children used the swimming pool at Amaluna Resorts and immediately developed skin irritation, visible cuts, and allergic reactions. The condition of the pool was alarming it strongly indicates excessive chlorine levels and poor maintenance of the pool surface.
What made this situation worse was the completely dismissive and unprofessional response from the manager/owner, Mr. Majeed.
Instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern:
- He outright denied the issue, hiding behind the excuse that “no one else had complained.”
- He failed to initiate any form of inspection or corrective action.
- Shockingly, he chose to question my children’s dress code rather than address the fact that they were physically harmed.
Let’s be clear when children come out of a pool with skin reactions and cuts, the priority should be immediate investigation and safety assurance, not deflection and blame.
This level of negligence raises serious concerns about the resort’s safety standards and management accountability. If this is how health related complaints are handled, it reflects a deeper, systemic issue.
I strongly urge families, especially those with young children, to think twice before using the pool facilities here. Until proper safety measures and responsible management are in place, this is simply not a safe environment.

Unacceptable Behaviour of management
Formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding our recent visit to Amaluna Resort.
The condition of the swimming pool was extremely alarming. The chlorine levels appeared to be excessively high to the point where it caused immediate burning sensations in the eyes and noticeable skin irritation. Several individuals in our group were affected severely enough to seek medical attention thereafter. This is not a minor inconvenience—it reflects a serious lapse in basic health and safety standards that must be addressed urgently.
Equally concerning is the complete lack of privacy at the ladies’ changing area located near the pool. The fact that this space is visible from upper-floor rooms is highly inappropriate and unacceptable. It places guests in an uncomfortable and vulnerable position, compromising their dignity and safety. Such an oversight should not exist in any establishment that claims to provide a professional hospitality experience.
These two issues alone significantly overshadow any positives and raise serious questions about overall facility management and guest safety protocols.

The worst place I have ever visited. Cannot recommend to anyone. All our kids were wounded using the swimming pool. Zero safety
