To flee, thief and maladjusted behavior
Amila guest is a thief and he verbally assaulted me.
I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. On time and on time I cancelled a room on July 14 before 6pm so free cancellation.My friend booked again only 2 nights because her plane is advanced.
The rooms are very dirty, there are toads in the bathroom ( photos). On the evening of the first night at 10pm the manager wants me to move to another room because he rented my current room. The proposed room is even dirtier, smaller and without windows. I refuse. He insists and stays outside my room. My kids are scared. So I tell him that I will leave the next day because this behavior is not possible. He tells me I have to pay for all three nights. I'll take it.
The next day when I return from the beach with my children, my room is open and he has already set up a family while there are my bags.
At the time of payment. I pay for three nights, my friend two nights. He tells me I have to pay for the 3 nights for the 2 bedrooms. Or pay twice. I refuse to say that everything has been paid for. There are witnesses. He canceled my 2 reservations while only one was canceled and I slept 2 nights before being kicked out of my room...
I see that he wants to recover the payment on Booking a second time thanks to my credit card. This is clearly fraud. I'm going to oppose it and press charges because that kind of behavior is unacceptable. I therefore ask for compensation for the 3 nights. I'm going to get to my lawyer tomorrow. So I would like to be contacted by booking. Inadmissible that booking endorses the theft of money on CB

Prima verblijf
Goed ontvangst met vriendelijke gastheren. Kamer ziet er prima en schoon uit. Helaas is het bed wat klein waardoor de nachten niet heel comfortabel zijn maar prima om een paar dagen te vertoeven. Lekker rustig en prima te bereiken met een tuktuk.
