Serene location to go away from tourist hype

Very nice location if you want to taste real Sri Lanka, away from mass-tourist areas. Peaceful surroundings with small Buddhist monastery just around the corner, with wild nature literally looking into your window. Fresh food, clean rooms, nice personnel. The beach is bit away, but 5-minute drive on tuk-tuk is on the house. The beach itself is awesome - endless, serene and beautiful. To-go place if you want to see regular local life and relax.

Full relax in natural surroundings

We have stayed in Dhammika Magic Palace two years ago and this year made a decision in favor for this hotel once again. Charming place, very quiet and surrounded by natural forest. Very friendly host Dhammika makes your stay unforgettable! Very friendly and ready to help in any request. Rooms are clean and equipped with A/C . You will enjoy local food in hotel restaurant and follow birds landing for night sleep before sunset from the terrace on the second floor.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

Clean and comfy place. The hotel owner Dammika is an excellent host. Very helpful, polite and obliging. Quite a Sri Lankan celebrity himself, nevertheless, a down to earth person. He made sure that we were having a comfortable stay.
The juices at breakfast were from his garden. Fabulous!
The off-the-main road drive might seem a bit long for a first timer. But it is not the case. The short drive is well worth it. Serene surrounding.
Definitely one of our favourite places for a calm and quiet stay.

Recommended for relax in quietness

Great service, we really felt like we were at home, especially while relaxing in the swimming pool. We liked food, both rich tasty breakfast and delicious dinner. Quiet place with plenty of birds in the garden, good staff, they allowed us late check out for free. Recommended both for 1-2 nights and for a 1-2 weeks stay. Good value for money

We had a good stay at the place. The owner himself took us to the place we wanted to go to. The service was really good. But the location is a bit hard to find. Other than that it is a nice hotel with clean rooms and good service.
