Excellent boutique hotel

I am absolutely satisfied with the service of the staff and ofcourse the room I stayed in. I booked the same room twice. The room was luxurious with excellent WIFI reception. The room was superb for visitors that need peace and quiet and also in need of some well deserved rest. I will certainly go back for a third stay.
What makes it even more great is that the staff makes you feel right at home away from home.

Scammers

Terrible and abandoned rooms! On the beds you're in a pit. The rooms stank. Nobody did anything about it. I'd be compensated, well I'm still waiting for my money! They do not answer email nor whatsapp. Just empty promises. We feel ripped off. Nice talk about getting my money back. So I wouldn't make an issue of it. I wouldn't recommend anyone here and if you go NEVER pay in advance.

Was more than we expected it to be

It was a weekend special so we decided t give it a try and we loved it. The room was very spacious and that's what we loved the most. Breakfast was also very delicious. And one person just made our day even brighter too bad we don't know her name. She was helping us with our breakfast and always had a smile on her face. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel and excellent service

My complementary stay was excellent. The room was like heaven. Great location and friendly staff especially Mr. Marco. He makes you feel like you're at home.
Great complementary offer. I would like to win over and over again. :)

very bad service!!

First you come in to reserve a room and the receptionist is waiting for you to say something, we tought she was busy with a customer so we waited patiently. After 15min we found out that she wasn't helping a customer but just talking to a colleague. Now we decide to pay upfront and the receptionist tries to print out our invoice, after 10 to 15 minutes of hitting a printer because it "wont print" she finaly decided to use the other printer which looked newer and better and was just next to the printer she kept hitting and cursing.
Second, when you make your reservation ask what is included in your package/room because you will be surprised to hear the same stupid receptionist tell you literally oh sir then you should just wait to park your car when our other customers leave (11 at night).
When you wake up to get breakfast, make sure you wake up early because you wont eat if there is no food left even if you go eat at 8am.
There are no rules except "no smoking" in the rooms. When the stupid receptionist sees you leave the room she'll send roomservice to clean our room. What is maybe one of us was naked in the room sleeping and they opened the door to see us naked. They wont ask you or at least tell you sir do you mind it if i sent someone up to clean your room while your out.
This was one of the worst hotels i have ever, ever! stayed in.
Just becuase of this stupid receptionist. I really expected more of the room and the view. So.. that suckt...
Wouldnt recomend.
Ps. They should really find another receptionist. And the hairdryer never worked.
