Very neat and comfortable bed&breakfast

In the middle of beautiful surroundings, I stayed several times in Kullerbacka Gasthus, where the most striking thing is, how comfortable and cosy this place is, for a very reasonable price. This charming gasthus has the comfort of a hotel (very good beds also!), and the facilities of a good hostel, such as the possibility to use a kitchen and washing machine. Excellent breakfast is included in the already very reasonable price. Owners are very helpful and professional! Absolutely recomended.

Cozy but incredibly poor service

Nice welcome. Nice rural quiet environment with nice garden. Quiet at night. Good with private balcony from the room. Clean and comfortable. Good homemade bread for breakfast. Nice dog who welcomed us.
Cramped double room. Since it was so crowded next to the bed, the balcony door could not open more than a small piece which was a shame when it was very hot. The narrow space next to the bed that had protruding handles from bed drawers, also made my legs full of bruises.
Long to carry heavy bags up the gravel hill from the parking lot
A little hard, mute bed. No TV.
What pulls down the rating the most is the reception from one of the host couple. Since it was 30 degrees outside, the room was very warm. Before bedtime, we opened the front door for a while to get some cross drafts. We were at the front door all the time to keep track (the door had a code lock) One of the owners came angrily and shouted to me that the door should be closed. I tried to explain that we just wanted to get some cooler air in, and then they yelled again that the door would be closed.
The next morning I brought up the incident and said that I felt bad. Then he became very angry again and asked in an angry loud voice what was my problem. He yelled at me and said the door was alarmed. I then suggested that a sign should be put up on the inside of the door so that guests know that it must not be kept open due to alarms. After being further yelled at, I said that I now end the discussion and went back to the room. Then they shouted "dummkopf" after me so that the German-speaking guests who were eating breakfast heard this.

A wonderful stay

This is a great place to spend a day or two or three. The rooms are so neat, clean and pretty. Breakfast was delicious. It's in an idyllic setting, in the country, with flowers abundant. There is a deck to sit and read or just relax. You will love it!

Toppenställe

Vilket fantastiskt fint ställe. Vi bodde där en natt. Då det ligger en bit utanför Bollnäs valde vi boendet då vi även kunde äta middag där. God mat och det fattades inget på frukosten. Trevligt värdpar som är måna om sina gäster.
Det såg också riktigt inbjudande ut med allt pyntande.
Vi rekommenderar detta ställe varmt.

Rent og fint med plads til hund

Vi var meget tilfredse med rummet og at der var plads til vores lille hund. Her var meget rent og friskt. Herligt med mulighed for at spise aftensmad og fin morgenmad.
Kommunikationen var svær, da ejerne ikke var svenske - og vi danske - så vi måtte kommunikere på engelsk og tysk
For os trak det meget ned i vores vurdering og oplevelse af stedet
