A pleasant experience!
Really nice girl who came with me to the room when I could not find, which I appreciated, really nice !❤️ wished I had taken her name, so she got personal here, she was amazingly caring, the best service I received in a long time !
Got a room with terrible noise from the ventilation (you should check the ventilations and clean them.) but it was no problem to change.❤️
Really comfortable bed, best sleep in a long time!
Got to borrow bike, absolutely free, which was great and comfortable to ride.
Gooood breakfast!
But! Please, why can't you have perfume-free hand gel and shower gel? Vile strong scent that smells like old man! You don't think about us asthma and fragrance allergy sufferers here.

The room was acceptable, but it was oddly prepared for two guests, with only one visible duvet and two pillows. We had to contact reception just to learn the rest was hidden in a chest, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient.
The gym/spa floor was the low point: one of two elevators was out of service, the area was dark with no clear signs, and the gym was small, windowless, poorly equipped, and even had cracked flooring. Breakfast was okay, but overall this stay felt like a waste of money. I would not return unless prices were significantly lower or the property was properly updated.

There. But good that they are near the station + on the
Unpleasant at reception. Implied that we were fake for lack of proof that they were us . Not so comfortable bed. Hot in the room. It is good air conditioning and nice with heat.
