not very nice

not very nice, one girl working the front desk and the restaurant/bar, poor girl trying her best, the charging electric cars i. the garage did not work, the photo is over the food that is served (The Social)?

the staff was nice, but there was so much noise coming from the busy street in the evening, but also the upstairs guests, which was like an entire soccer team (teenagers), so my kids kept waking up. I was told the breakfast was from 7.30-9.30, but I got there at 7.20 and it was already PACKED. Maybe it was lost in translation, but still very surprised it was that busy that early.

I had a really nice experience at Quality Hotel in Malmö. The staff was friendly, professional and made the whole stay smooth from start to finish. The room was fresh, clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a warm and welcoming feel.
The breakfast was very good and the food was good. The location is also perfect with close to both the city center and communications.
I am very happy with my stay and will definitely come back.
Highly recommended!

The hotel parking is rigged for you to get a parking ticket

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative opinion. We were happy with the hotel which was okay, but got a parking fine of 600kr even though we paid the expensive parking fee of 250kr. Just in the short time in the garage before we were leaving there were two other cars that had the same problem. The wrong area code had been used because it was very unclear which one was right. That you had paid the same fee but entered the wrong area code was unfortunately nothing that they were a bit accommodating for and hence it feels like you try to trick people into believing that you have done right by themselves and then give them a fine. That Quality Hotel the Mill recommends its guests to use that parking means that I will never again set foot in that hotel. And I don't recommend anyone else to do it either.
