Simple and great on the trip

Great hotel in the middle of the city, with safe and good parking!
Family room with singles for the kids, which is absolutely prima!
Good breakfast, with various offers! Also for me with celiac disease! The only thing is that they would like to separate the milk-free/vegan/gluten-free. For the butter that stood at the department, I didn’t dare to use it.

A dream for the family with young children

Great hotel for the kids. Lots of activities with Lollo and Bernie as well as playroom and bouncy castle some days. Breakfast very good and children's buffet at the restaurant if you wish to eat supper at the hotel. Staff very nice!!!!
Cleanliness was a BIG minus! We stayed for 5 nights, Monday to Saturday. Had one of the days ordered cleaning of the room in advance. Ie cleaning on Thursday. Once back after a rainy Thursday in Gothenburg the room was NOT cleaned. At the reception we are told that our room is marked as cleaned by the staff despite no cleaning. We instead get cleaning the day after: garbage emptied, new towels and bed made BUT still lay dirty glass in the bathroom, floors not cleaned and we did not feel that it was 100% clean in the room. It is not often we complain during hotel stays but this was NOT GOOD! Felt barely worthwhile too when we had to wait for this according to us bad cleaning until the day before checkout.

Tusen tack för din mycket detaljerade feedback. Det är verkligen värdefullt att få höra om både de positiva aspekterna, som att hotellet är fantastiskt för barn med aktiviteter, bra frukost och trevlig personal, samt de mindre bra upplevelserna.
Jag förstår verkligen din frustration över städningen. Att rummet inte städades som beställt, och att den efterföljande städningen inte var tillfredsställande trots att rummet markerats som städat, är absolut inte den standard vi vill erbjuda. Vi tar till oss så att vi kan göra bättre ifrån oss fortsättningsvis. Varmt välkomna till en förhoppningsvis bättre upplevelse.

All in all great hotel! Really service minded staff, polite and made me feel so welcomed. The food was really great; breakfast, dinner and also snack to the fotballgale they showed in the lobby on big screen. That’s was a plus. Good bar, good atmosphere for sure. Even if the hotel was packed when I was there, still the breakfast was easy to get, and also a place to sit. ! The elevatorsystem was NOT optional at all. Even with four elevators, the up and down system was horrible. Takes forever to come down from my floor, 18th. That’s my only complain. Or else it’s a modern hotel, clean and nice.

Easy to use public transport from hotel. Staff really friendly and breakfast excellent. Parking is an extra cost to be aware off.

Safe and affordable parking, nice hotel

Safe and affordable indoor parking right next to the hotel, good breakfast in large and clean room. The bathroom was unfortunately a little dusty, and you have to shower in the bath. Nice hotel and convenient location when on a drive.
