Family with children only breakfast

We only booked breakfast for our family with three children. Everything tasted very good, was fresh and nice staff. The staff answered the children's thousand questions and replenished quickly if necessary.
One thing that could be improved is a little update on the toys at the playroom next to breakfast for slightly older children. Ex drawing paper, pencils, etc. Then restless children can play there for a while and parents enjoy drinking their vanilla coffee for a minute in the quiet.

Det gör oss väldigt glada att höra att ni uppskattade frukosten, det stora utbudet och att ni upplevde både maten och servicen som fräsch och trevlig. Extra roligt är det att läsa att vår personal tog sig tid att svara på barnens alla frågor. Det är precis den välkomnande atmosfär vi vill skapa för både stora och små gäster.
Stort tack också för ert förslag kring lekrummet. Idén med exempelvis ritpapper, pennor och aktiviteter för lite större barn är mycket uppskattad, och det är något vi gärna tar med oss i vårt fortsatta arbete med att utveckla upplevelsen för våra familjegäster.
Vi gillar särskilt tanken på att ge föräldrar möjlighet att njuta av en kopp kaffe i lugn och ro en liten stund.
Tack igen för ert besök och för den fina återkopplingen. Vi hoppas få välkomna er tillbaka till Scandic Södertälje snart igen!

Terrible

The hotel was without ventilation, no information about this was when I made the reservation. The hotel charges for parking.
I came to the hotell and checked in, went to the room and it was 30C varm and no ventilation, so checked out a few minutes later and went to another hotell instead.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your disappointment. Arriving at the hotel to find a room that felt too warm and lacking proper ventilation is not the experience we want our guests to have, especially when this leads to the decision to leave and find alternative accommodation.
We are currently carrying out a major upgrade of our ventilation system to improve the indoor climate throughout the hotel. I regret that the situation affected your stay and that the information provided prior to your arrival did not meet your expectations.

Hot and parking costs!

The rooms do not have AC, which resulted in a terrible heat inside the room. They had put in a table fan, but it just sends the hot air around the room. It's 2026 and there's no AC in the room? It's too bad.
The hotel is located a bit remote, along the highway, but still the parking costs money. The nightly rate for the parking ends at 07:00, breakfast started at 07:00. I had to pay for a day's parking, although I was at the hotel 23:00-07:30.

Breakfast for the third time in the same week

Great option for big and small. I really like the bread range. Good room that does not feel crowded when there are many guests.
The apple juice needs to get a little stronger, because now it's too weak.

This is a great hotel if you have business at Scania Head Office. The Staff are extra friendly and really helpful. Their recommendations for local food places were spot on.
