Perfect hotel for patients and relatives. High quality with a human kindness.
Had asked for a room for parents with walker and the room as well as bathroom was good size. Asked for a stool in the shower and took just a few minutes so a staff came and delivered.
Absolutely superb service and the food was first class day after day! Coffee and tea are available free of charge 24 hours a day.
The family kitchen contained everything and the salon was really nice. In a difficult time this hotel and staff facilitated

Poor housekeeping: popcorn in bed from previous Cover. Extra bed with dirty mattress.
Lonely poor thing at the reception who managed the whole hotel which was full: all praise to her!

3 star rather than 4 star
Bathroom is outdated for a 4 star hotel , would rate it more 3 stars
Sheets were dirty , black hair on them unfortunately
