A crowded maze
Rooms are ok but towels are too small. The breakfast is a failure. Absolutely too little space, you are lucky to find a place to sit. We came before nine and all food was gone, had to wait for them to bring more little by little. Difficult to sleep since pidgeons have inhabitet the suspended ceiling and run around and make noise all night. And the place is a maze since it consists of two parts with a lot of corridors.

Perfect location in Visby with lovely atmosphere
A very central hotel with perfect location and walking distance to everything in central Visby. Parking was either right outside the hotel or within about five minutes walk, which worked smoothly.
We got a spacious family room that suited us four well. The hotel has a somewhat Mediterranean feel with stone stairs and greenery inside, which gave a pleasant and unique atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was good and there is both indoor pool and a really cozy rooftop bar that became a favorite during the stay.
In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay here again on a visit to Visby.

This was honestly one of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was small, but the layout across buildings was so unique. I've never seen anything like it.
There was always coffee and tea available up front under the beautiful atrium, so we were able to entertain our local friends in a comfortable and casual setting.
The breakfast was fantastic; lots of variety and all delicious; just wish it had better hours.
The spa area was incredible, though the pool was freezing cold. That's the only thing I would change about that.
Overall an absolutely lovely stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Disrespectful.
I would not stay there again.
I asked at the reception about the fan that heard a lot and that it was cold in the room.
Then I hear a male at reception say to his female colleague:
People always complain.
I'd love to know who they are.
How disrespectful you treat your guests. They forget that it is precisely guests who pay so they can get their wages.
Hadn't the company had the agreement with hotel would never stay there again.
Now I’m back with a heavy cold and sinusitis because I was cold for several nights because I couldn’t turn off the fan.
If you think you are going to stay in the main building of the hotel you will be disappointed when you get your room across the street by the parking lot.
