Leon made our experience unforgettable

Leon was absolutely incredibly helpful. He not only helped us locate milk and baby necessities. He wrote out an entire days itinerary for us to tour Luzern and it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here just because of him!

Not suitable for strollers because of the stairs by the entrance.
Clean room, good breakfast. They make you pay by arrival.

Bad !

Very disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was told by phone and email that my expensive leather jacket had not been found, but when I returned personally the next day, it was found within five minutes. If I had left Switzerland, I would most likely never have got it back. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and the room was exactly what we needed. We didnt make use of breakfast as we had an early train to catch

Good location.
Mass market accommodation.
Buffet breakfast was decent but expect to see people doing things that make you not want to eat (touching the bread to cut it rather than using the cloth RIGHT there)
Bed was not the most comfortable
Foam topper makes metro warm.
A/C vent blows right at the bed with no way to adjust direction.
Inexpensive for Lucerne and you get what you pay for.
Highlight was lobby staff member named Manuel who offered excellent suggestions.
