Unforgettable experience

Very good prices.Very friendly staff.Clean places.Very good properties.Family environment.I will definitely stay at the same hotel again

Not a hotel but a run down dirty hostel

Not a hotel, this is a dirty run down old hostel. The rooms are cabin size with a single bed on each wall. The shower room is a cupboard boxed in with chipboard, painted by a child in horrible green. Dodgy electrical extensions running round the wall. Dirty curtains, I found filthy clothes in the corner behind them. Loose broken door handles. Dreadful cheap old cupboard. The pool is dry and full of rocks , hot tub defunct. So called spa downstairs is unused and derelict. Couldn’t get out fast enough. Don’t believe the website photos. The exterior is now horrible yellow and bright blue. Why is this on Booking.com. ?

Skiing week to forget...

The rooms were not the best: bathroom door mounted in reverse (room 308), insects in the room, televisions with contents not suitable for children 18 years.
Food is always based on potatoes, a little rice and pasta, salt go to great economy, and we found insects in the breakfast food and the dishes very dirty, in the morning they made us hot chocolate with the milk of the day before without putting it in the fridge... but Kostas made us cheer up the week (we were with school).
The location is very excellent: close to the ski resorts and there is a slope that goes directly behind the hotel.
During the week we did not notice that they redone the sheets and changed the towels.

Really good

Really exotic place! The people who are working there they are so kind and willing to help you in every need you might have! It was a memorable stay, for sure I will be visiting for my vacations.

One of the Best Hotel Stays I’ve Had

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
