The introduction could have been more clear

We stayed in the La Tzoum' hostel & Chalet with a big group of people. Initially it was an agreement that we check in at 10 but the place was not ready till 2. I understand that other people have to leave and the place should have been cleaned. In this case, it should be clearly communicated that the Chalet is ready at 2 p.m. The house is far from the lifts but once in 15-20 minutes you can catch a free bus to the slopes. The introduction was not done properly. At the end we could not find one room and some of us had to sleep on sofas. The Chalet has an outdoor Jacuzzi but you can use it only till 10 p.m. Moreover, if it is cold outside, it is also getting colder with time. The house is good, well equipped. The kitchen is also nice.

Ok but far to lifts

Attention- location shown in maps is wrong. 30 min walk to lifts. You will have to take the same walk for breakfast as it is not served at the hostal. There is a free bus but the shedule is not reliable. Room is very simple but clean. Bathroom smells very bad. Staff is rather unfriendly - seems like guests are a burden to them.

Great place in a nice village

This place was far better than I could have expected. It is priced well and in a very pretty location. The hostel is clean, new and modern. It is maintained so well that the photos online could have been taken today. The common room and kitchen are large and well equipped. There is a bus stop out the front and during the season the ski bus is very frequent, yet still runs to the time table so you're never waiting.
I found the whole experience from booking to leaving so easy and pleasant. I was helped with everything I needed so I could simply enjoy myself with none of the worries.
La Tzoumaz is a great place. I found everyone in the center to be just as kind and helpful as those at the hostel. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the Four Valleys or simply see this part of the world.

Good quality, Good service and Good price

Young and dynamic, there is always someone there to help you. The hostel is warm and cosy, with a great breakfast. This is the place to stay with a group of friends. The slopes are nearby which makes the place even more perfect. Only drawback is that there are not too many buses to get to the center.
To summarize great quality-price place with lots of charm.

Fab stay, just what I needed on NYE!

Kevin was extremely helpful along with his helpers! Amazing views, fab location, free shuttle bus into centre very handy! Great to meet other people also in hostel! Hot tub fab at end of the day to warm up! Ski lessons were arrange also which was very helpful!Would totally recommend this stay, but could have done With more snow at this time of year! Many thanks to Kevin, Gill and Nina!
