Haus Alfa
Haus Alfa se nachází v Saas-Fee, 500 metrů od lyžařského vleku Saas Fee - Hannig. Lyžařský vlek Saas Fee - Maste 4 je vzdálený 800 metrů. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Apartmány jsou vybavené TV.

A little gem...in a little gem!
My wife and I spent the New Year week in Saas Fee, and we only have good reports. Seven of us stayed at the Haus Alfa apartments located about 15 minutes walk from the village centre (quite near the car parks). The car parks are for all visitors to the village - Saas Fee is car free.
The apartments are run by Sara & Darren who have owned the building for 2 ski seasons. They’re a nice couple and although they’re running a business, take time to make sure you have all the info you need to find your way around the village – recommending ski hire shops, restaurants and good runs on the mountain.
We found Haus Alfa to be clean, practical and surprisingly spacious for the price – our studio (with balcony) had a small kitchenette, seating area with television, dining table, etc. There’s also a heated boot room on the ground floor.
Saas Fee was a wonderful village to spend New Year in. The people were really friendly, there’s a good number of restaurants and the skiing up on the glacier was excellent (a little icy on the lower slopes). We will definitely be paying another visit to Haus Alfa: maybe even this season!

Dont book it! Very unfriendly manager it feels like they dont want you there. Get angry for everything?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Michael (the owner or manager in Zurich) is a liar and the worst person I have ever encountered in the hospitality business. We were left out in the cold for 3 hours because he made a mistake (gave someone else our room) and was unavailable on the phone the entire time.
Eventually the janitor checked us in to another apartment, promising us we would not have to move, and then Michael started calling us asking us to move back to our room the next day. We declined because they had promised we wouldn't move again. Michael then offered us a refund in exchange for moving. He was being sketchy and refusing to send us an email about it. Eventually he confirmed it in writing by text. However, at the end of our trip he said he will not give us a refund.
People like this make me sick. Will do anything for a few dollars. Honestly, he is the lowest scum to walk this earth. It is full of nice places in Saas fee, no reason to stay here.

Worst place in Saas Fee
Appalling customer service -they only want your money. Terrible location. No view. Once the owner has been paid then fingers crossed nothing goes wrong because if it does- he won’t help you. Pay your hard earned cash to someone who cares about your stay.

BEWARE of this place before you book!!!!
Had a terrible experience with this place and I'm still trying to get my money back. Long story short, they forgot we were arriving and we waited out in the cold trying to get in contact with somebody for over an hour. Couldn't get in contact with anyone. Booked another hotel nearby and tried to get a refund. The owner was not having it and they couldn't give two hoots about us and the stressful situation.
They also lie about the location, as it is miles away from the ski lifts. You are as well staying in Saas Grund then heading up in the morning as the car park is closer to the lifts.
Still not received a refund.
Imagine robbing someone of their hard earned cash during the covid pandemic.
Abysmal treatment.
