Good food, nice staff!

I am Swiss. This restaurant has a good choice of regional food and vegetarian options. I found the waiter friendly and cordial. Prices are not too high if compared to other places in town. Restroom are so clean! I would definitely go back.

Hotel Terminus Restaurant, Samedan

My annual ski trip to St. Moritz concluded with a dinner at this Hotel. I do not usually like dining in hotels but I was told that this one was very good and reasonably priced for St. Moritz. It is just in front of the railway station so easy to find and I really enjoyed the evening with excellent food and service. The menu is varied, all you can expect from a ski resort in Switzerland.

Rather pricey average hotel

A very convenient hotel right by the railway station. Rooms okay but a bit dated and expensive for the accommodation provided. A good buffet breakfast, where you can eat as much as you like. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was average and quite expensive. If you wanted tap water to drink there was a charge of 4.00 Chf. per litre.

First experience of Swiss Local dish Tararenhut

The restaurant is inside Hotel Terminus just opposite Samedan train station .
A lot soft wood paneling and timber furniture
Friendly service staffs and lady boss .
First time we learnt and try the Local Swiss dish Tatarenhut ( iron hat)
It consists various type of meat like veal and beef thinly sliced and cooked on the side of heated cast iron shaped like a hat accompany by French fries , and salad .
Interesting experience .

Too expensive...

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend because we had an event near by. The rooms are clean and basic but never worth the money!!! Over CHF200 per night for this really basic 2-star hotel is ridiculous! Would definitely try to find a better deal next time we stay in Sameden...
We also had lunch there and the food was very average and again far overpriced... There are nicer restaurants in Sameden! Maybe the only advantage is the location close to the train station.
