We had such a pleasant stay at this beautiful lakefront hotel. I love the atmosphere, the design of the facility, and the ambiance of the environment.
It was so relaxing. I definitely recommend it to people who want to have a relaxing break.

This is mentioned as a 4,5 starred hotel, but during the summer heat the room was on high temperatures, the hotel have no good ventilation and no air conditioning, fans didn’t help as hot air was in the flow. 4 nights was terrible as I got sick by the heat.
The Bar: staff don’t have basic education on doing the drinks, basically reading the recipes while making the drinks and failed time over time.
The reception, very non interested staff. Ordering breakfast box was an issue after 5 pm.
Strong suggest to look for another hotel as it’s not close to the value of the price l.

Room quality
We booked this hotel at a premium rate per night in order to watch our son compete in the Ironman competition. We were given a tiny box room with no air conditioning at £400 per night !!!!!! On check out we were told “ sorry , yes this is a problem with our hotel “If a nights sleep is of importance to you , don’t bother booking

We fully understand your disappointment regarding the high summer temperatures and the absence of air conditioning. While our rooms are equipped with fans, we are aware that they can only provide limited relief during periods of extreme heat. We regret that this affected your comfort and overall experience.
You also mention the price level of our hotel. We would like to clarify that our room rates are market-based and correspond to the usual pricing level of a 4-star superior hotel in a prime lakeside location during high season. In our view, our location, quality standards, facilities and service offering fully justify this pricing structure. Nevertheless, we understand that the perceived value of a stay is strongly influenced by individual expectations and personal comfort.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an experience that better reflects the standards we aim to deliver.

There's got to be a lot of things. Too bad, unfortunately not a role model for the Swiss hotel industry. The house has potential.
It has got off to a good age start with a friendly welcome, even if it has more the touch of business hotel and business cool handling.
Dinner in the lounge outside was good with very good value for money. The wait is clearly too long. The service was good, fixed and very pleasant. Bravo to the service team.
Room wae very small for price and 4 stars, view magnificent, facilities...nothing too much...
No coffee machine, lousy hairdryer, minibar only with water. Clearly not a 4 star level.
But this morning the “deleter”
Breakfast buffet absolutely loveless, boring, simple. Scrambled eggs from the package in the chafing dish without lid, 3 blocks of cheese etc. Tables are not cleared, cheapest paper set and napkins. Coffee self-service, coffee quality Latte Macchiato for an extra charge, no know how, there is no table at the bar.
Sorry, for the open criticism, actually wanted to write an email but the call at 10h it was checkout was too much.
This after we had extended yesterday at check in to 11h and this morning after eight the cleaner burst in.
