Amazing hideaway place. Truly paradise!

Beautiful location, people and an outstanding quality of accommodation, food and service. The Palms is a wonderful place. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there; and the staff made it very special, without me asking for anything! The food is some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff, without exception were engaging, friendly, approachable, funny and professional. The quality of leadership is visible in everything. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable holiday. We wish you all well.

A paradise!

This is one of the best hotels we have visited!
Part of a complex with two other hotels, the Palms is an oasis in the middle of the island's chaos. Only 6 rooms.
If what you are looking for is intimacy with your partner, a remarkable meal, very good drinks, and unique service, this is the place.
From the moment Sirijack the host welcomes you, to Jackson, Mauricio, or the friendly Gasa or Vebu, the experience is a pleasure.

Best hotel in Zanzibar! By far.......

A very unique and special place in paridise. Great loction on the beach with your own cabana, spacious rooms and delicious food - what more could you want! All this made even better by the world class service of the staff; a big shout to Ngasa, Jackson, Kibalabala and Moulid, thanks so much for making this a very special occassion. Also a big thank you to Siriak for coordinating everything. We hope to be back!!!

What a place

Amazing experience for our honeymoon. Siriak and his team are really welcoming and made us feel super welcome from the beginning. The staff were also very helpful in arranging activities for us to do in Zanzibar. The rooms are great, location is amazing and the food is incredible for every meal. Big shout out to Siriak, Mau, Ngasa, Kiba, Jackson, Abdalla, Fatima and everyone else! Thank you all
