We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you faced with the hot water, Wi-Fi, and especially the handling of your motorbike. We are truly sorry that, the motorbike mishandling was due to a breakdown in staff miscommunication, and we fully understand your frustration.
Regarding the hot shower, our team attended to the issue during your stay, and we were glad it improved afterward. The Wi-Fi problem was traced to a technical fault in our device, which was also resolved shortly after.
We have proudly hosted many motorbike travelers from Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and beyond without any such issues in the past. Unfortunately, in your case, our usual standard was not met, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
To prevent a repeat, we have taken corrective action with our team and are introducing a dedicated bikers-only parking area to ensure motorcycles are parked safely and as instructed by their owners.

Wonderful place to stay
All the staff, from the gardener to the owner, made sure of that. I left the hotel with a tear in my eye.
