Beautiful discovery

Very good experience! The place is pleasant, with a simple and warm atmosphere. The team was truly welcoming, available, and attentive throughout the visit, which made the moment even more enjoyable. An address that I recommend with pleasure.

Best place to stay at Paje beach

This is the best place to stay during your visit at Paje Beach. I went to kitesurf and had an amazing week. The people working at Ebb&Flow are so kind, serviceminded at very helpful and makes you feel like home. I planned kitesurfing through Aquaholics and was welcomed when I arrived by Pip (working for Ebb&Flow + Aquaholics) and had a welcome letter with a plan of my stay. During my stay, there was a lot of activities to join, and a what's app group of all guests at Ebb&Flow which was a perfect way to communicate and keep us updated. Breakfast served is delicious, in a very friendly environment - very easy to meet other people with similar interests. The apartments/rooms are spacious, clean and with good vibes. Pool/Lounge area is great too!
Will definitely try to come back here in the future:) Can highly recommend!

Cozy place with a social vibe

Great place to stay with excellent location! It is close to the beach, has a social vibe but is still a quiet place to relax. Nice pool and chilling area. Breakfast is tasty and staff at the bar (who make excellent cocktails) and reception is really friendly. They are happy to organise transfers and activities. Moreover, weekly activities are organised such as shared dinners/drinks and sunset sailing cruise. Overall had a great experience!

Killer stairs - Lucky to leave in one piece

The stairs in the room had 15 vertical steps that were high , uneven and with wrong angle made from concrete cement. I slipped with wet feet and luckily I survived with only some major bruises. Of course, no ice or any other medicine. Just be aware,

Thanks for your review and we once again can only say that we are really sorry about your fall on the stairs.
We are aware that the stairs are built with quite high steps (unfortunately not our construction as we are renting the property) but this is the first time this has happened since we opened in 2017.
After our staff heard about the fall they immediately checked in on you and asked if they can assist with anything or if they can call a cab to take you to a clinic just for a check up to make sure all was alright. You ensured them that you were fine and that you did not need anything. After we heard from the reception staff about it we also got in touch with your group leader who also stayed with you at the time. She also said that you had some pain but did not want to visit a doctor here. Since we can not force anyone to go get checked up by a medical professional, there was unfortunately not much more we could do beside checking in on your wellbeing, sorry if you feel like our staff has not handled this well enough.
In order to not scare anyone away i would also like to point out that this happened after you left from the pool and without drying off yourself with a towel, you walked to the room and up the stairs - while barefoot and completely wet any stairs of any height or shape can become dangerous.
Once again, very sorry this has happened and we took this as an opportunity to go through emergency / safety briefing with our staff again to ensure they are on top of what to do in a case a guest gets an injury while staying with us.

Great

Great, the hotel is 2 minutes from the beach.
The staff are very welcoming, especially Nassol at reception.
As a bonus, there are monkeys that sometimes wander around the hotel, no need to go to Jozani.
There is also a discount for water sports at Aquaholic.
Thanks for everything, it was great!
