Not worth it, suggest to stay away.
This hotel overall can only be a 3 star at best.
As I approached the front desk staff, all four staff member just sat there looking at me. Not a single response of whether if they can assist me or anything. I spoke up and ask which counter should I go, no one replied anything. Couple seconds later, one of the four (seemed like the youngest of four) gestured in front of him. Note that at this time, not one of them has stood up yet. I asked if he is sure, him and another lady finally stood up.
During the actual checking in process, I was not asked for ANY preferences (what kind of newspaper, my details, etc) and even asked me to say my phone number outloud instead of writing it. The amount on the credit card for deposit was also not notified. Didn't ask how many keys would I prefer. No introduction of the hotel other than the lounge and breakfast area.
As for the room, housekeeping should review their checklist. They have a fridge that says that the drinks in the fridge are complimentary (in the picture below, it says in 3 languages, all say that). However, guess what, there is nothing inside. So what exactly is complimentary? Under the TV is all dust. In the picture below, all of that white spots are dust. The next day after cleaning, the In room dining menu was not put back to place, there was a long strand of hair on the bed, and the trash was not thrown away. I had called for extra towels and bottles of water, but was asked which room I was in. (I don't really give them minus points on that, because most likely their phones could not see the room numbers. But I would have never imagined that this would be an issue at a 5 star hotel). Sitting at the lounge (that no one is ever in), I could hear the staff at the counter slamming the phone down after every call. (To be fair, she had replied the same question three phone calls in a row, "How do you call room to room?") Otherwise she had not ask if I needed any service, or was using her phone.
I am really speechless at this so called 5 star hotel. Poor service, not worth the price, lack of attitude.
