Highly recommended hotel
Loved this family oriented hotel.
We booked a deluxe room with two king sized beds. Large clean room with a view of the garden/swimming area. Soundproofing was excellent. Room had 2 high tech japanese style toilets and a large bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Bonus was that the room came with free snacks and a stocked bar fridge with free cold sodas and a beer.
Staff were very polite and service oriented. and the morning cleaning service was efficient.
The hotel itself is extremely impressive. From the expansive lobby to all the amenities.
The lowest level has a huge playground for small children for babies to kindergarten aged children, including an indoor activity park, huge ball pit, small race track, obstacle courses and climbing apparatus. There is a huge row of massage chairs for the parents. Just outside this level is a well stocked convenience store (closes at 2200) and a very short walk to the Discovery Land, Outlet Mall and the Maya Bay waterpark.
The second lowest level has a karaoke bar and pool tables for the older kids.
The hotel also has a dedicated japanese style /hotsprings separated by gender, and where you shower before you get into the baths. There are 3 baths with different temperatures. There is a sauna and a steam room as well. The uploaded photos were taken when i was alone in the onsen area.
The garden area was nice and photogenic. The pool area was clean and good sized, with a separate play-type shallow pool for the younger kids, and a proper pool for laps. There is also a “jacuzzi” style pool. Lifeguard on duty at all times.
The hotel also has a decent indoor gym and right beside it is a separate “babysitting” area where you can watch your kids while you trim the holiday fat.
We didnt eat at the hotel as the foodcourt in the outlet was only a short walk away. There are also many restaurants just outside the hotel.
Honestly, this hotel is one of the best I've stayed in, in the past few years, due to the convenient access to all the well-thought-out amenities, as well as the excellent customer service.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent experience!
One of the more expensive hotels for Taiwan, the expectations were pretty high when we stepped into the hotel.
Pros:
- Very quiet, empty even (can be attributed to us going on a Monday and leaving on Wednesday although it depends on events)
- Super convenient to walk to outlet mall and amusement park (and water park although it was closed)
- Discounted tickets for ferris wheel, amusement park, gokart
- Rooms are spacious
- Service is not bad, got upgraded to a larger room with bathtub as occupancy rate was low those nights.
- Wifi is not bad, can stream shows comfortably
- English instructions provided, so communication is considerably easier
Cons:
- Still quite expensive considering the average cost of hotels in Taiwan
- Breakfast buffet was subpar (Good variety, quality higher than edible, lower than average hotel buffets and lacking some staples like cereal or yogurt)
- Hotel can be seen as rather dated, but the line friends rooms may be worth considering the newer facilities
Overall, this hotel was worth it for my family and I seeing as how we wanted to play the amusement park and the gokart too. Outlet mall being just 3min walk from room to shops was much appreciated too. There really is something for everyone, and so would definitely recommend Lihpao Fullon Hotel if the price is within your budget.

The room is clean when you are not looking. But when you look, there is a layer of dust on the area i think the cleaner just dont bother to clean. And no vacuum either.

This resort is quite good and very spacious. As a family of four, we had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The amenities were also impressive. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee(pods)—a pleasant surprise, as these are usually not free in many other hotels—were available throughout the stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a large, airy dining hall. Since we stayed on a weekday, there weren’t many other guests, so we could easily pick what we thought was the best table, with a beautiful view of the fountain in the front yard.
In the afternoon, we spent some enjoyable time at the pool in the backyard. My sons had a lot of fun playing with water and water guns. While it’s not comparable to a water park in terms of attractions, it is still a great feature to have.
Later, we bought discounted tickets to the amusement park, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to heavy rain. The lady at the counter was very understanding and processed the refund without any questions, even though the reason for returning the tickets was obvious.
The parking lot, like everything else here, is spacious and conveniently located on the L1 floor. It's free until the evening on the day of checkout, which is another plus.
Overall, we had a great experience. I hope we can return one day.
