Wonderful Stay

Totally recommend this place. We came down here with our three month old son and my parents to visit my wife's parents in nearby Liu Jia Township. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the decor is beautiful. I spent most of the time on the huge porch however because the lawn is so beautiful. We checked in late at night and when I awoke, I could have sworn I was in Bali or Hawaii. Great place.

A gem in the countryside of Southern Taiwan(Tainan)

This B&B is owned by a professional yet down to earth couple(two very adorable girls, too).
The rooms and the public areas are very well kept. Clean and tastefully "country cottage" at its best. This nice cottage building is situated in a huge lawn-I mean huge! Must come back and take a walk in the garden when it cools down.
We were greeted by warm, friendly, and English speaking host and hostess. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a big bathroom with a roomy shower. We chose the room with a shower but they do have a room with a tub. Our room was equipped with everything, flatscreen TV, a DVD(you could borrow movies from the livingroom downstairs), mini refrigerator with a cold jug of ice tea, vanity table with a kettle and tea/coffee, and a huge dressing room.
The room also had a good sized balcony with a daybed and chairs-unfortunately the July heat prevented us from using any of it.
I was expecting the typical kind of TW breakfast-pastry filled with eggs. To my surprise, the host couple served a hearty western style full breakfast: omelette made with mushrooms and cheese, bread basket, sausages, jam and butter, cheese, yogurt, salad, fruit, juice(my partner's choice was freshly made banana milk!), coffee and tea. We thought the quality of food was like a five star hotel level, but with more warmth and flare. It also showed us how serious the owners are about running this inn meticulously and keeping it a top-notch premise.
We left with the feeling that this place must be recommended to all my friends on the island. We will definitely come back for another season. The owner told us that we can come back to see tulips in winter as they plant them in the garden.
If you ever need to rest in a western-style inn on the way to south or nearby Tainan, this place is highly recommended. The famous mango market is about 15-20 minutes drive away in Yujing(summer season).

Best in Tainan - not just a homestay but hospitality from the heart.

This is place where I found rest during my trip in Taiwan. It is not just a beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained European style building complete with large gardens and balconies. The hosting family - Andrew, Irene and their girls showed us their hospitality beyond what most homestays will extend... Yes, this hospitality has make our trip special. This is the place where the comment of the best place in Taiwan is the heart of the people. Here I felt I am at home even when I am away from home. Thank you Andrew, Irene and the princesses. Will be back when I return to Tainan one day.

Excellent homestay with warm and thoughtful host.

A well thought up house design and decor for more than an ordinary homestay, a warm reception from a helpful, friendly and thoughtful host Andrew, a luxurious place of rest and relaxation for tired travellers to charge up, breakfasts that can be tailored to meet our cravings for local Taiwanese food....nothing we (7 of us) could complain, everything we would remember with fondness and yes, we will be back.

心のリラックスを、、、

嘉南平原の田園風景の中にあり、実に美しい景観の中にしばらく滞在する事も楽しい。
朝には、庭の木々にいろいろな鳥がさえずり、リスが戯れる。都会の雑沓からのがれ、うっくりと
「自分の心」を清浄してみては如何でしょう！！。「北回帰線」のすぐ南にあり、今は「鳳凰樹」の真っ赤な花が咲いています。間もなく「マンゴー」の最盛期にもなります。街路樹のマンゴーを
頂いている方も多く見かけられます。
オーナーの陳さん家族と過ごす時間もとても楽しいですよ。
私には、台湾のステキな家族です。

Thought I could not totally understand your comment, I still want to say that you are the most special guest for our family. We can say you are the member of our family since we have meet for years.
