I would recommend this hostel....very near Taipei Main Station and walkable. Booked 1 room with 1 other people but it's like you booked 1 room full , because the toilet in room can used private. More cheaper than other hostel .. great 👍🏻

First time in Taiwan and i was travelling solo. It was just for 3 nights stay in this hostel. The location is good. Just outside of exit Y13 from Taipei Main Station. For hostel, you need to climb up to 3rd or 4th floor if im not mistaken. The price is affordable. Toilet is inside the room which is very convenient. I didnt had a chance to enjoy the free breakfast as i am a muslim and i went there during ramadhan, i was fasting. They provide a towel but you need to pay. And the iron facilities is at the breakfast area on the top floor together with the washing machine.

Location excellence, but the counter is level 2 ..need to carry luggage up and down to and from level 2 is a challenge for senior or those with heavy luggage. Free beakfast meal were simple (was at level 6, no lift provided, climb staircase), is ok if u do not demand much choice of food, need to self service and clean up after meal. I took one meal out of six day stay, preferred eat outside

This is a good place to stay if you need to be very near to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT, with the latter just less than 5 minutes to the ticketing and platform area. Few steps only from Y13 exit of Taipei City Mall underground, to get to the MRT exits Y16 and Y20 is easily reached on the opposite side below. Word of caution though, the hotel does not have any lifts which maybe troublesome for those with heavy luggage. However, once you reach the reception at level 2 via stairs at the main entrance, the rooms inside are relatively big enough at a low price compared to nearby hotels on this area. Safe locker and fridge is also provided with a sofa near the bed, though having a room with no windows means the dirt might accumulate on some of the corners. The amenities are at level 6 such as the laundry area and main breakfast/eating area. The breakfast included on this booking is good enough to start the day, consisting of dumplings, baos and bread with spreads. Vending machines for coffee and tea is present, and I appreciate the hotel’s initiative for us to self clean the utensils, plates and mugs after use. Housekeeping though is only done once unless requested. Instead of key card, actual keys are used to access the rooms. The card included is for the main entrance for use when arriving late at night. Overall I still experience a comfortable stay and might consider it again.

The location was good because it's close to transportation links, but it's also next to a construction site, and that means a bit of noise. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is self service and available 8.30-11. It was very basic - it's either a toast with jam, or some steamed dumplings/buns. Coffee machine was a plus. Overall, not too bad.
