Little Ranong gem
I'm so very happy to have found this lovely resort in Ranong. It is so beautiful here the resort is clean and fabulous. The staff are so very kind and helpful and the chef, well let's just say he's AMAZING ♥️

Open for a long time, but the service broke.
The service was very negative, from Check In to Check Out, the parking was small, but the rooms were nice, the location was good, the staff didn't smile. Everyone said thank you, it's okay.
1. When check-in on 11/8/68 evening, the parking lot of accommodations must find the parking lot, the staff to go to the side opposite the accommodation is very close, but under the trees, and when the rain falls, if the trees fall, the accommodation is not responsible. Good to have a car out of the parking lot at the parking lot, so ask the men's staff, and if we go out and return full, where we can park, the staff tells them to park on the side of breakfast, don't park next to the cafe, because they keep the customer carrying luggage to walk (the return of the accommodation at the evening there is parking, no problem).
2. Accommodation using PSI TV (which he now uses Smart TV) We made a mistake: Sorry, I can't watch TV, get watermelon, get a little watermelon, and walk out to the lobby staff (who is dressed well, but badly obsessed, all the time we received service, no smiles, annoyance, no service), and she followed us to the room without asking where she was in the room (our girlfriend and sister are in the room), she didn't say a word of apology, but she didn't think she was wrong, so we said she didn't have to push the PSI remote.
3. A morning of 12/8/68 a kitchen employee (a shower) showed a breakfast coupon and we handed it to this employee, who was standing near the coupon table, but she didn’t accept the coupon. She said to put it on the table (the table is near the entrance to the kitchen, so why not put it on the table at the entrance to the dining room and write Badges to make it clear that put the coupon here only + put a basket for the coupon table would be a good idea to put the coupon on this employee.
4. Back to Parking Item1. The staff says, “Parking on the side of breakfast, don’t stand by the cafe, let the customer carry luggage for the customer to walk.”But the morning comes up on the side of the cafe with the red Benz Badges and the Honda Civic standing.What did the staff choose to practice???
All of this has been discussed/apologized over the phone with 1. someone who informed us as a manager 2. someone who informed us as a representative of the accommodation owner.

Only recommended because of the beautiful location
Hard beds, small rooms, poor WiFi and a spartan breakfast. There was instant coffee, scrambled eggs, jam and toast, not even butter. We even had to pay extra for an extra, second blanket.
Well, in retrospect it was OK for 2 nights, but we can't recommend this hotel

Bad Service, Bad Toilet Smell, Small lizard poo on the Bed
Good Location, But the room was not very Clean. When I first got to the room, there was Lizard poo on the blanket. So I asked staffs to change the sheet, then They look angry all the times until I checked out.
The toilet smell bad, maybe from the pipe.
Small piece of iron left from renovation lies on the wall. My dad got stings in his finger
Breakfast is good. The only nice staffs were the one cooking breakfast. The others including receptionist, housekeeping are bad.
Also there was loud noise during daytime because of their renovation.

Relaxation in Ranong
We ended up in Thansila resort during a trip to Ranong. We didn't expect much but were positively surprised. The small but charming family owned and managed hotel is newly renovated with several different rooms. We stayed at a room towards the river which was very nice and clean with the running water sound in the background when you opened the window. Rooms we looked at were all nicely clean and had air conditioning (if one needs this) . There also is a cute outside sitting area to relax and enjoy the view on the river.
Everything in Ranong can be easily reached, it's a great place to start your day trips into the area and you can even rent a bike there (which seems very popular in Thailand at the moment)
There a some hot springs and places at the river you can all even walk to to relax.
