Beautiful experience

My daughter and I stayed at Natai Resort and Spa in Thailand for 7 nights and overall, had a lovely experience.
The resort is set in a peaceful, secure location, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was excellent throughout our stay.
The staff were one of the highlights of our visit. A special thank you to Su and Niran, who were always incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team also did their best to make us comfortable, and we really appreciated the cleaner’s efforts to help resolve the issues we experienced.
Unfortunately, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the rest of the resort. Our first room had no reliable WiFi connection, so we had to move. The second room had a noticeable damp, musty smell, which was disappointing for a resort of this standard.
Despite the room issues, the warmth and kindness of the staff, the beautiful surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, and the excellent food made our stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the rooms, this resort could offer an exceptional experience.

Alone Trip

The hotel is fantastic!! Perfect beachfront location, huge swimming pool, and a beachfront restaurant. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel, convenient and well located

We stayed one night on November 6th when we arrived in Thailand.
It is a large tourist resort facing the sea, with a large central pool and a beautiful beach.
Even if we only stayed there one night, the experience was very good.
The room was quiet, with sea views, and the staff, as often in Thailand, extremely friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was decent but pretty basic: not a huge variety, but more than enough for a passing hotel.
The hotel is very well located, not far from the city center.
We were able to go out to dinner in the city in the evening (5 minutes drive, derisory cost), and we ate very well, which makes the location even more enjoyable.
Ideal for a short stop on arrival or in transit, in a pleasant, quiet and practical setting.

MOLDY ROOMS TERRIBLE SERVICE COLD FOOD

Terrible rooms are damp and terrible service doesnt care about you, food are always cold when the room was damp it made my clothes moldy gave us only 10 percent compensation horrible horrible service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!
