very happy with my stay here.
Stayed here for two nights.
Easy to check in and collect key and pass for main door -
Room was decent - clean, shower worked well, had a microwave so 7/11 tasties to be cooked, and tea/coffee/water on offer.
Bed was well comfy, very comfortable in fact - had a good nights sleep both nights.
Location was not too bad, not a million miles away from all the action and some good shops/restaurants nearby.
Was affordable too
So all in all very happy with my stay here.

Photos of room and price are not correct when booked!! Feel like being scammed.
Photos of room and price are not correct when booked!! Feel like being scammed.
I booked the this place in the first week of Feb 25. When doing the booking I’ve selected the first option available with the title “Single no smoking room” (see the screenshots where I tried to replicate the booking process and the total price was even lower then when I booked, how can that be?) and when clicked at the gallery you can see the images of a room with window and TV. So I did the booking of the total amount of 2042 Baht for 3 nights.
However when I arrived I got the room with no window and TV as you can see in the images I shot. Immediately I contacted the owner and asked whether there was some misunderstanding bcoz the images were different room. Also the price of the room I received is actually only 550 baht a night (total 1650) but what I paid was 2042 baht. He said that the images are wrongly an uploaded by Agoda but this mini room was what I booked.
In countless bookings with Agoda I never experienced where the hotel price is lower than Agoda (otherwise why would someone book through Agoda?)
The owner checked with Agoda and said that I booked the mini room despite seeing the images and the prices were not aligned with what I paid. So I asked about other room with window similar with the images I saw, he said the room with 2 single beds cost 850 a night and the room with 1 double bed costs 650 but they are not available. However the total cost for 3 nights would be more like what I have paid. However he said I need to pay for the difference, so I refused to do and ended up having to stay in the room I did not book and did not paid.
When I contacted Agoda they gave me a long explanation re the price which did not make sense and said that the hotel was responsible for uploading images.
It was like Agoda and the hotel blaming each other without to realize that I the customer is the one who suffers from their own wrong doing and had to stay in a room I did not paid for with wrong images and prices which were more expensive then usual (it was not during the gap between high and low season)
About I room if I paid 550 baht a night I would not complain bcoz it was a bit better than staying in a Dom for sure even though the room was extremely small and the noises of other room flushing the toilet were disturbingly (the sewage pipe might run through this mini room toilet always) the room bed surface was thin that I could feel the springs at my back.
I don’t know why this place got many good reviews maybe I was just have bad luck if they are real reviews at all. I would not recommend this place just for the sake of saving just a couple dollars a night.

Its a nice place with home vibes. Stairs only so beware when booking and you have lots of luggage to carry. the Guy who will welcome you will be very friendly and enthusiastic to help. Though they need to work on the cleanliness of room or needs renovation since its a bit older than the photos they listed. ~15-17mins walk to public transportation and there's a market nearby for cheap eats. There's a construction going on beside the home which I think also theirs. Overall it was a nice stay but they can improve on cleanliness of the rooms. Thankyou

Disappointed
it is not acceptable that if you pay with card you are charged 2% percent extra, the cleaning of the rooms is paid extra, in addition they said that they were mini apartments, but in reality they were just rooms. a lot of noise from the street. very ugly bathroom nice room

Convenient location for Be Proud, we were on 3rd floor, no lift.
