It was OK
Very tasty food. The rooms were ok. You can hear the city life from it, but you can expect that from the location. The bathtub/shower was a bit hard to use as you cannot regulate the nozzle. The location is good for trips, as it is beside one of the main streets. The pool is a bit disappointing, because it was located on a shady side most of the day.

Scam in hotel
Worst room dirty pillows… arrogant manager even it’s their duty to check before handing us the key .. they’ll blame you and charge 400 bht… and they’ll tell you should call us it’s not clean running a scam over there

However, we would like to clarify that our housekeeping team follows inspection procedures before rooms are released for guest occupancy. Following a review of the matter, we found no indication that the pillow was in the condition described at the time the room was assigned.
Regarding the charge mentioned, any compensation request is only considered after an assessment of the item concerned and in accordance with hotel procedures. We regret if this process was not explained clearly and caused frustration during your stay.

Very rude staff
Reception staff very rude. Made us wait for too long and had very bad attitude and was not willing to listen to us.

Think before you book
It seemed to be a very old hotel. Just kept functional and clean on the outside. The room and all was okay.
The fittings in bathroom are old and non functional. Tv remote not working.
2 small bottle of water provided. If you want more than it is chargeable. We wanted one and had to convince to provide the chargeable bottle and we will pay when you deliver bottle. They wanted money first. They provided.atlast. This is after 1000 baht deposit taken by hotel to stay. During checkin. But there is nothing to.damange. it is already damaged. Why are things not checked before being provided.
When checked for room service for ordering dinner. I assume pest control in kitchen so kitchen was closed during main working hours. 8-11pm. They said you order after 11pm
Thailand is known for hospitality. Staff don't care and seem to be working for the sake without smile. no good service except the staff at concierge who was smiling when were checking out.

The room was very basic and poorly maintained, looking old and outdated. While it appeared clean at first glance, I did notice a small cockroach, which was disappointing.
The worst part of the stay, however, was the check-out experience. Reception called me twice on the morning of check-out, starting at 10:00 am, in a very rude manner, insisting that I leave by 11:00 am at the latest. When I went down at 11:00, there was a huge queue, as many guests had clearly been asked to leave at exactly the same time. It took around 40–45 minutes just to check out and receive the deposit.
This situation could easily be avoided with better organization. Guests should not all be pushed to check out at the same time, allowing a staggered window (for example between 11:00 and 12:00) would greatly reduce queues and unnecessary inconvenience.
