Hotel located inside dark alley

Basic hotel with quiet surrounding & hard to locate when if is your first time.Location was not bad but you have to walk quite a distance to the main street.Room were spacious & clean with a little balcony with it.Basic amenities provided.Those who need a hair dryer,they do have but you need to ask for it at the reception counter itself.Staff was helpful.Bathroom water pressure isn't so good and the lighting of the room is not bright enough.Wifi was slow.

Photos don't give accurate picture

What a disappointment. Difficult to find, it's in an alley off an alley!! Shabby and tired from the tiny entrance, hallways and rooms. There is no common area or bar. There was no front desk service. Tried to book a taxi to the airport and could not help out. Hot water kettle provided but no cups or coffee/tea was provided. Towels were worn out and rough.

Difficult to find, satisfactory.

There is no sign on Sukhumvit 20 to direct you to the hotel. Coming from the main rd, on to Sukhumvit 20, turn right at Family Mart (on the corner), then second left.
The hotel is no frills, but has everything you need, including a lift, which is often rare in the smaller hotels. The bed was comfortable and we chose this place as it has a balcony.

Glad I found this place

People say it's difficult to find this place and I can see why.For me, I had been to this area many times so it was not a problem. Print out map and it should be fine.
The staff were really nice and everyone did a good job. Room was cleaned daily but I feel it could do with a really good deep clean, something I understand can not be possible in the couple of hours available between check outs and check ins. The room was a good size with plenty of hanging and cupboard space. Big bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in quiet location, no bar noise but only a 10min walk from Soi 22 and all the bar action.Room has good A.C. big screen TV and safe deposit box. I'm happy I found this place, so happy I extended my original stay from 2 nights to 6.

Location.

Spend about a week here and for the price it was quite alright. Nice bedroom and an ok bathroom. Balcony with 2 chairs. It seems like a common problem for many hotels in lower/mid classes with too much noise from other guests in hallways and rooms. Guess they don't use "soundproofing" walls and carpets which would help a lot. Staff really nice and cleaning every day. Location is about a 10 min walk from Terminal 21. Many stores, restaurants and 7-11 around.
