Booked this hotel 3 times. Very convenient. Very nice pool and decent food. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful

“Terrible ”
I checked in and immediately had a shower after travelling the whole day. As I dried myself with the towel, a giant cockroach fell out and ran up and down my legs. Eventually it ran under my bed, so I asked to change rooms. I had a foot injury at the time which the hotel were aware of, and nobody helped me with my heavy bags when checking in or changing rooms. I entered the second room, and I found a moth larvae case on my bed - it then started hatching! A wriggling larvae started to hatch onto my bed. I have a video of this but it is not an option to submit on here. At this point, I felt so disappointed with what should be a 5 star hotel, and I asked to move rooms a third time. My third room had the same issue with several moth larvae cases in the bathroom, and dirty bed sheets. I’m not scared of insects, but it is clear that the hotel has an infestation issue and it isn’t being cleaned properly. I asked to speak to the manager and not once did they reach out to me or offer a solution. I even requested a bowl to soak my injured foot in as this is what the hospital advised, but every message and email was read and ignored. Other downsides were that the loungers by the pool are not reclining ones as shown in their photos, and they don’t have parasol umbrellas for shade either. There is also no filtered drinking water to refill bottles. Breakfast was average, with items such as eggs being cold, and when pouring orange juice, there was an ant in my glass. My stay was far from 5 stars and unfortunately it was my first impression of Thailand - to which I was disgusted and deeply disappointed. I have since moved to a 2 star hostel, and the customer service and facilities far outweigh the ones at this hotel. Do not stay here!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely accommodating for our group of six. The location worked very well for us and I felt safe as a foreigner walking around the area. The lobby and pool area provided a nice area for our family in the area to gather with us during our stay.
Cons: I felt like the pictures made it look a little better than it was, but the staff and overall experience more than made up for it and I would stay there again. There was a sewage odor (not overwhelming, but there) which seemed to be coming up from a drain in our bathroom. That said, it wasn't enough to complain and I really didn't want to knock stars over it because it was clean and I just can't say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff were.
Bottom line: I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. It was fair for the price, affordable, clean, and accommodating.

Hotels near Don's City Airport
It’s a hotel near Don’s Airport, with parking, and near the market, plus a pool and fitness center for less than a thousand.
I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, the room may look a little old-school, but it was big, comfortable, the first air-sounded room had to switch to the other room, and the light on the dark path.

The room was dirty (floor and table) and had mosquitoes, cockroaches, and fruit flies. The walls are very thin — I could hear people in other rooms like they were in the same room as me. The curtain couldn’t fully close, they had to sent two men to fix it.
I didn’t request room service or housekeeping because I was alone and value my privacy. The room was already dirty when I checked in.
The front desk wasn’t friendly and barely speak English(that’s not the issue), but they made little to no effort to help me. They seemed annoyed every time I approached them.
I stayed only the first night, then moved to another hotel. I left my luggage and came back later to collect it and checked out four nights early.
The only positive was one of the housekeepers — a young man who always greeted me and kindly offered towels or water.
I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I took pictures of everything.
