More Than Just a Hotel – A Home Away from Home in Bangkok
Grand Centre Point Lumphini is a huge and spacious 50-level hotel that offers much more than just a place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the scale of the property, its elegant design, excellent facilities, and above all, its wonderful hospitality.
The Room
The room was very comfortable, with astonishing views of Bangkok. I particularly liked the off-white and creamy colors of the walls and cupboards, which made the room feel even more spacious, bright, and pleasant. Everything in the room, from the furniture to the lighting, is thoughtfully positioned. Great credit goes to the interior design team for creating such a comfortable and relaxing space.
The Facilities
The hotel offers an impressive range of facilities. The complimentary minibar and snacks are a very nice touch. The huge professional fitness center, kids club, infinity pool, restaurant, and luxurious lobby are just some of what this remarkable hotel has to offer. It really feels like much more than a hotel.
The Location
The location is also very convenient. One Bangkok shopping mall and Lumphini MRT station are only about a 5-minute walk away. The MRT Blue Line provides easy access to other parts of Bangkok, including Silom and the Asok–Sukhumvit area.
The Staff & Hospitality
The staff truly represent the high standards of Thai hospitality. From the moment you communicate with the hotel, you feel welcomed.
Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel by email with a few requests. The prompt, positive, and professional response from the Guest Service Executive immediately gave me the feeling that this would be a home away from home. That feeling continued throughout my stay.
The Breakfast
Many thanks to the Chef and his team for providing such a wide selection of high-quality breakfast dishes. Special thanks also to Khun Joy, who welcomed guests and accompanied them to their tables with a warm smile and calm, gracious manner.
Hats off to the entire breakfast restaurant team. They were energetic, attentive, elegant, and professional, making breakfast a very pleasant experience every morning.
I have just one small suggestion: it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could provide halal meat options as part of the breakfast buffet.
Overall, Grand Centre Point Lumphini combines impressive facilities, beautiful rooms, excellent views, a convenient location, and outstanding Thai hospitality. A wonderful experience and a hotel.

Great View, Great service and Great Team !
The hotel room is clean and has a great view. The service is nice, friendly, and sweet.
The concierge team is very helpful and they assist with restaurant reservations, car bookings, and even handling your deliveries. They’re really good! I’d also like to thank the team — OME, Game, and Tae — for arranging my check-in / check out ! Finally, I want to say thank you to the lady who cleaned my room and left a small gift for me! ! They are so sweet and I have a memorable Bangkok holiday ! Thank you !

This is one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the decor, to staff to the incredible gym. What a treat. And a true 5 star experience.
The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve also ever encountered. The pool area, sauna and skyline access is also so beautiful.
You feel in another world, while tucked in the city madness.

Luxury in Bangkok!
A new local luxury hotel. What a hotel! Team were great! Room and bathroom amazing! Fluffy and soft towels! Great breakfasts the lots of Thai Local food together with the usual western selections. Great Gaming Floor with plenty of electronic machines! Great for kids. Fab pool and 50th floor Resturant is outstanding! It’s not right in the centre of Bangkok but that’s fine. There is a mall opposite via the subway with an approximate 8mins walk. Will definitely stay here when we are back!

Facilities is great, but room is spacious and well maintained but staff attitude is not professional as before.
