A 1920s style Bangkok gem with outstanding service
What a fabulous gem. 1920s style and gorgeous decor. The service was really outstanding - had a several logistical issues and Mr A (concierge) and his team sorted them all out - including arranging for delivery of clothes and last minute airport transport. Would def visit again.

Accommodating service for a boutique hotel
Honey and Kook were able to get me an early check in which is appreciated after a long journey from the US landing early in the morning.
Hotel wise it is a boutique hotel so it's not the typical run of mill. It does show it's age unfortunately but the price also reflects as such. I don't mind with the status being recognized along with some of the perks.

Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service
My stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and truly unique, with a sophisticated design and atmosphere that makes it stand out from other hotels in Bangkok. The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained.
What impressed me the most, however, was the reception team. Their service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were also very attentive and quick to assist with any request.
I genuinely felt valued as a guest rather than simply another hotel customer. I would like to give special thanks to the entire reception team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely return to Hotel Muse Bangkok on my next visit to Bangkok.
