One of the best hotels near the airport

We loved to stay in this hotel.
The location is perfect, not far from the airport and a shoppingmall and a good foodcourt.
The staff is excellent!
You can sleep very well in their good beds.
The breakfast is very good.
The bar is also cozy.
The coffee shop serves excellent coffee and it is a cozy place.
Our stay was top!!!!

Sleep spoilt by dogs and light

Seems a fairly smart hotel and room size is good with bath and shower. However the howling dogs from the street and waste land opposite combined with the outside lights from the hotel exterior and the fact the curtains didn’t fully fit the windows meant we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Aircon worked but was noisy.

Room was fine, but water heater stopped working in the 2nd night mid shower. There was even rusty brown water coming out of the faucet. It took longer than 45 hour to fix.

Good welcome (no welcome drink) service, clean, clean rooms, good bed, but could have had 4 pillows (hard/soft). I often stay here before I travel for work because easy to go to airport and near shopping center with many choices of food.

Seems like a scam

On first impressions this hotel is value for money. Rooms were nice. Looking out on to the pool, that changed. The water was green and uninviting. We stayed for one night so it wasn’t a big issue for us. In the room there is an extensive price list for everything in the room, bedding, towels, etc. which we thought a bit weird but we didn’t really pay much notice to. Until we came to check out. They checked the room and claimed there was a dirty mark in the bed sheet and tried to charge us for it. We argued that we had not done this as we made the beds and checked the room ourselves and after a while they agreed to refund our deposit. Out of the 7 hotels we stayed in throughout Thailand this was the worst experience, never have I stayed in a hotel where you are charged for something like this, I can understand if it was torn but a mark on the sheet is ridiculous! Beware if you stay here , check everything before you leave !
