Poor service!
I said we would be 3 hours maximum due to landing super early and travelling through the night we wanted a couple of hours sleep. We planned on checking out about 12 so they could re use the room again and get paid for it twice.
I advised I had emailed 3 times about this and that no one responded to which a member of staff laughed!
We were advised we could not have a refund
The gentleman checking us in was also very rude so I asked to speak to the manager to be told she would be in later that day.
When looking for another hotel in the area we decided we would just pay the additional 500 and speak to management when checking out. We went back to agree to paying only to find out the manager was in and was now on reception with the gentleman. He had obviously explained the issue and she asked when we wanted to check out, she let us check in with no additional cost and was very apologetic.
When finally getting to the room, the bed was rock hard and felt like sleeping oh the floor. I got no sleep due to it being very uncomfortable.
Would not return here or recommend when there are so many hotels to choose from in Bangkok

Nice Stay
The breakfast was ok, need to focus on the cleanliness during breakfast. very small elevator size and I have to get in a long line to take the elevator, there was some group checking in at the lobby area.
The hairdryer was attached on the tv cable, cannot be moved, please fix it, for us, ladies... hairdryer is one our magic wand.
Luckily I was on the tour all day so, it was ok to stay when you are tired and need a place to crash.

Average Hotel - Good Location, Friendly Staff
We found this Hotel to be an average to good 3/3.5 star Hotel & this is what we paid for (it is not a 5 star Hotel so if this is what you are expecting, you will be disappointed).
The Hotel is well situated as it has one of the new MRT subway train stations straight across from it (Samyot Station), this therefore makes it very easy to access transport to move around Bangkok. There is also easy access to local city buses, taxi's & tuk tuk's around the Hotel (out the front of Megaplaza).
The Hotel is within very easy walking distance to Megaplaza (shopping complex containing many toy shops/stalls), a McDonalds store (that is in Megaplaza) & a 7/11 convenience store. The Hotel is also well situated to all the shopping in & around Chinatown (Sampeng Lane).
The Hotel is also closely located to Rommaninat Park which is good for a walk/run around or just a bit of sightseeing of the local Thai people.
We had a family room with 2 queen beds in the room, the room was clean & tidy & contained all that we needed (TV, fridge, etc). The room was what I would expect from a 3/3.5 star Hotel, clean & tidy but not outstanding.
We had breakfast included in our price, the breakfast was average/basic for this standard Hotel & included everything that we needed (cereal, toast, eggs, hot asian food), again, without being outstanding.
The Hotel staff were very friendly & made every effort to be as helpful as possible. They even allowed us to leave a case with them in storage for a couple of weeks whilst we travelled around other places.
The only slight negative is that the Hotel does not have a pool which was not a major issue for us, however, it is worth keeping in mind (a swim after a day out shopping can sometimes be relaxing).
If you are looking for a standard to good 3/3.5 star Hotel in a good location in Chinatown, then I would recommend the Miramar Hotel.

Terrible
Prices ara incredible 400 bat for 2 beers we ordered by room service 15 minutes we go down and the waitres said we have to wait because she is hungry and have to eat before
Staff no helpfull dont care about you
